I'm never out at midnight for ANY reason

...unless it's New Year's Eve or I'm having a really good time at a relative's place.

Midnight releases never interested me to be honest. :/ Seriously, just get your sleep and THEN buy what you want. xD

Peace!

I've never been to a midnight release of a video game or video game console, but that'll all change, because once Kingdom Hearts III comes around, I'll most definitely try my best to attend the midnight event for the game's release!  If there's a PS4 bundle for it, even better! :D

Yep! Pokemon ORAS. It was nice because there's another mall in the city that's more known and so there were less people at my mall/EB Games. Except that there were also people there to pick up Smash. Got a lot of StreetPasses, though.

When I don't sleep I eat people to make up for the lost energy. Canaballism is, infact, frowned upon in most societies. So I can't stay up till midnight, no. :( (at least when my family has any say in the matter....... )

Yes, it happened a few times, but since they were just not the celebration type, it wasn't that fun. But yeah, I went to the Smash Bros and Pokemon midnight release at GameStop and they were so busy that they were almost rushing us out the door. Then there have been times when I went to Walmart after getting them to hold a copy of the game I want at midnight and well since I got the game and no one was there, it was a small event for just me (this happened with Smash 3DS)

I might do it again depending on the game. These days the only real games that sell out (and thus making it worth standing in line at midnight) are Nintendo exclusives.

It wasn't a midnight release, but I went to Target 2 hours before they opened so I could get the Jigglypuff amiibo (Picked up some others of course, but Jigglypuff was my main target). Dedicated amiibo collector, woo.

Only for films. Where I have lived the major game stores like Gamestop are always 30 minutes out and any non-franchised game store or store like Walmart nearby doesn't do that kinda stuff.
