Roxas is a little bit darker then Ven.

Because they do look similar. In fact, Ven is modeled after Roxas. This was due to Ven's heart sleeping within Sora at the time of Roxas' birth. The heart shapes the vessel. This is why all of the Organization members look like their human selves. 

I always thought that hair aside roxas still looks a lot like sora, especially face wise. I first saw it in the sora vs roxas cutscene in kh 2. Considering that he is made from sora's body and ven's heart he should look like a mix of the two

...Do you really NEED a side by side comparison? I mean, I guess it helps, but that's like saying "I think Daffy Duck and Donald Duck look different, but I need to see them to be sure." Well, I guess visual aid doesn't hurt, I guess I just find it a weird thing to ask for since as far as I can tell their similarity is pretty obvious. I never even noticed that! That's a lot of work (relatively speaking) for such a barely noticeable difference, but I always felt there was something off about their faces.
