What do you think about multiplayer being included in Kingdom Hearts III?I think it is a great idea! There are so many opportunities - mini games (a la Pokemon Stadium), or something like the Mirage Arena in Birth By Sleep!

I got to try it a little bit for BbS and 358/2 Days, and I watched a video for the versus in CoM.

 

I'd like to try the multiplayer a bit more if I got the chance.

Yes, it's maybe true. But multiplayer is a waste of ressources. Most of the games in the last gen had an unnecessary multiplayer part which influenced the quality of the singleplayer negatively.I hope I'm wrong.

I think it could be great! It doesn't even need to have PvP; just having co-op missions and co-op wave/boss battles would be endless fun.

Honestly, I would love something like 358's multiplayer. People can choose from a bunch of characters, and we have to complete an objective set in a section of a world. Maybe have some colosseum style fights too, and possibly buffed up versions of bosses.

 

Would love to play something like that with my brother.

Im all for it! There just aren't enough local multiplayer games anymore, and if kh can do it then my god, would it be amazing! And to some of the posts above, multiplayer doesn't have to take anything away from the main game, Sonic and the Secret rings is a perfect example, the multiplayer is what saved the game really.

I like the idea, but it needs to be implemented right. The multiplayer in past KH games was never bad so if they can give us something unique or maybe another Mirage Arena type area then I think it would be cool.

I hope Kingdom Hearts 3 get online multiplayer. I've always wanted to play a Kingdom Hearts game with other people but I've never been able to since none of my friends play the games and therefore, no playing multiplayer on BBS or 358/2 days. I've had so many ideas they can work with to put in multiplayer and if they do it right, it can be perfect:

• Battle against other players
• Team up with other players to fight waves of enemies and eventually fight a boss or multiple bosses
• Play as other Kingdom Hearts characters that you can't play as in the story, like Ansem SOD or Xemnas. (Which was what I found awesome in the mission mode of Days. Just being able to play as the other members of Organization XIII with their own battle styles and techniques, like Xemnas' guard which was a whole barrier.) And what I also thought would be awesome would be that every pair of characters that you play as have their own limits, for example, you have a team of Xemnas and Xigbar and they both shoot their lasers together all over the area/arena like crazy!
• Race to find a hidden enemy in an area.
• Play in some mini-games that you can also play in single-player, like sky racing in San Fransokyo or battle with pirate ships in a Treasure Planet world.

I'm a little iffy about it. Like my best friend has an Xbox One and I will have (whenever I get it) a PS4, so if there was some way we can cross console play multiplayer with then I'll be on board!

It depends on what kind of multiplayer you are talking about. If you're talking about online multiplayer and coop multiplayer than yes, in my opinion, that would be awesome!
