What prediction from Back to the Future do wish had come true?

I'm going with the Cubs.  Probably not going to happen, but that is my favorite part.

Fixed.

Self drying jacket and clothes.

two of those things are like already being worked on (Hover boards, fingerprint locks) So I'm gonna go with the Cubs winning that would be nice to see

Hoverboards, of course! (They kinda already exist, but not everyone is capable of getting one.)

I'd get to class a lot faster, assuming I don't run into braffic (bird traffic).

Hover boards!

Oh my god...the future is finally here! Only for today.

Cubs? World Series? Hahahahhahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahah

Mets are going baby. ;)

Decided to go with the Cubs winning; they haven't won in like a 117 years!  Although, I think the Mets already beat them, so they don't have a chance anymore.

Clothes that dry themselves would be pretty cool though, as long as they're not sentient...

Jaws 19. :P

I mean technically most of those things already exist. It's just not mass produced yet for the public.

I wish every phone had fingerprint locks. IPhone 6 does but it'll be cool if every phone had it as an option.

Flying cars. Let's add gravity to the one thing the majority of people in the world can't do properly already.

Where's my Hoverboard, damnit?

And Jaws 19! We need Jaws 19!

The future sucks T.T

I voted hoverboards, But let me make one thing clear! Hoverboards WERE invented this year! They just aren't commercially viable at this point. The things need liquid nitrogen (though apparently the latest model can be usb charged) and they can only work on a copper rail. That being said however, maglev tech looks like the latest interest in the world of the transportation industry, so if it becomes widespread enough in time to the point where we have maglev trains, cars, and other day to day vehicles, there would be a need to have rails built in practically everywhere, so at the very least a hoverboard as it is currently would be commercially accessable to a larger degree.

In many ways the 2015 of Back to the Future Part II was somewhat right, just not 100%. Plus a lot of it is kind of self-fulfilling prophesy stuff. The hoverboard in the movie inspired others to make a hoverboard, as well as god knows how many countless flying car prototypes and private models, that psychadelic hat, those metalic Nike glasses and self-tying shoes (which are about to be offered in limited quantity, so that's one downside), improved 3D as well as rudimentary holographic technology, finger-print recognition (it's been around for a while and it's just starting to find it's way into personal items like smart phones), huge retro-decades nostalgia crazes everywhere, better implants, multi-picture TV, and while the Cubs didn't quite win the championships they do look like they've been coming close, which counts for something I think. Plus, I'm pretty sure there's still quite a few people who use fax machines, although at this point emaling documents has proven to be just as efficient, if not more so.

Still, what seeing the whole trilogy has taught me that aside from date alone in the literal sense, the future is today. It's always been, it always will be, and it always is every second. So really it's up to us to shape our destiny as individuals and as a whole. Yeah there might be a bit more problems taken into account than the movie made out, but if take affirmative and positive action now while we're aware of the choices and consequences, we can better guarantee a brighter and better future for ourselves, maybe even one like the BTTF2 2015, or maybe even better. The future is what we make it, so let's make it good!

FOR THE HOVERBOARDS!! O3O

WHERE IS MY HOVERBOARD GODDAMNIT?

Dog walking robots. I need someone to do it for me.

That makes no sense. Why have a pet when you aren't going to take care of it yourself?

I choose hoverboard but i want self lock shoes and self drying clothes to

Dust-free paper.  This probably will never happen, but, a guy can dream.

Kingdom Hearts 3 would be cool.

Well the Cubs did win in there division and Chicago did have a team win a championship.  I'll take it!
