And yet, Bowser, Dedede, and Ganondorf are all playable characters...

Anyway, you're right, I've never been a great fan of Mario, and Camelot's slow demise is sad I hope this would help Camelot continue and allow them to be able to make Golden Sun 4! (3 was dissapointing for me, I hope Golden Sun 4 could make the story better )

Seven is from Xenoblade Chronicles, Shulk says that even though this is a KH fansite, you don't have to vote for Sora (I voted for Isaac, for example). If you meant that K. Rool thing, Shulk is right, Nintendo fans really want to see him joining in (even though I personally don't even know who this character is ). Don't get me wrong, if I had to chose between Sora and K. Rool, I would chose Sora.

 

I agree that 3 was a disappointment after what 1&2 established.  The real problem is that pretty much everything that happened in 3 was a set up for a sequel, which makes it hugely disappointing; especially considering that it sounds like they never even planned to make a sequel.  #Isaac4Smash is really my last hope that this series could make a return.

I kinda feel like any characters they add should be from games that haven't been represented so far and probably should be (like Isaac or Shantae). But in the end it's up to who people voted for.

Either that or Waluigi cuz you can't have too many Mario characters /shot

Actually, that's a complete lie. Comparing the sales that DK series has and the KH series has, DK has more than double than the KH series.Also, Sora has a low chance of enetering becuase Disney. They also declined. to SE's original idea of KH-themed dissidia, doubt this case will be any diffrent, assuming that he won.(I doubt it.)

well sales don't make people know a concrete character of a game. I dont think general audience would know king k rool as he has just appeared in 7/8 main donkey kong games, and he hasn't appeared in the last two. People know sora more because of the different advertising he has got throughout the years, and if you don't believe me, just look at all the different sony montages at e3. Sora has appeared in many of them. As for king k rool, his last add was in a youtube trailer at nintendo's channel, which hasn't even reached that many views. As for dissidia, disney dissagreed because if they made the game, mickey, donald and goofy would have to be in the game, and they didn't want these characters to be in a fighting game. And as you may know, kingdom hearts is no kingdom hearts without at least donald and goofy, who have appeared in all the games.

i know its a slim chance but its a chance ( hey cloud got in and no one saw that coming!!!!!!) Go SORA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seeing a lot of hopes and dreams that are just waiting to mostly die Tuesday. I can see a few coming true.

Many people still misunderstand this. Nomura feared Disney would decline, thus turning it into a FF title. Who knows where Dissidia would be today, had he actually pitched it as KH.

I'm just glad nobody can say "Sora can't be in smash because it is a Nintendo game" excuse anymore after we saw Cloud got revealed. It opens up the possibility of Sora getting into smash. I'm NOT saying that he's going to be in smash though

Maintenance has no bearing on DLC releases. I still think he'll be released after the presentation anyway, but that's not really a sign of this.

I just found out I'm not working Tuesday. The hype is on! SkywardWing has actually brought up simple speculation some people have been noting. It's actually pretty stupid, but people are using the colors from the direct announcement last month as hints for K. Rool, Shovel Knight, and Shantae. I wouldn't put it past the minority to bring about the typical stupidity idea among the entire Smash community.

If Sora does get in, it would make sense to have all his attire as alternate outfits, much like how we've got Wario in his Wario Ware series attire and his normal attire. From my understanding, Cloud is getting that same treatment.

That's not even bringing down hope. It's simply saying "I don't want this person in the game, I'd rather see this person." I've seen you say that plenty of times about other characters, so I don't get why people can't say the same about Sora. Bringing down hope would be saying why the character wouldn't be in the game.
