So, I was wondering... could we see "Port Royal" return in "Kingdom Hearts 3"?

I was mainly thinking along the lines of "Pirates of The Caribbean:  At World's End (2007)" for a possible scenario.  I personally would rather not go through "Pirates of The Caribbean:  Dead Man's Chest (2006)".  Besides, Captain Jack Sparrow could be on the seven Lights Sora, King Mickey, and the others need to stop Xehanort.

 

 

Since the Tech is better they might be able to make it fit better than it did in the last game, but only if they don't try too hard to make it realistic.

 

I did enjoy that we actually got to fight pirates in the world instead of just heartless, but the world was still just another hallway, and I get they made the world dark to add in that whole thing with the pirates only being able to be killed in the moonlight, but the movies weren't dark all the time and had lots of humor.

 

If it does return i hope they make it take place in the day

Possible, but if we only get one Pirate themed worlds, I'd really prefer Treasure Planet.

I rather go through Dead Man's Chest in Kingdom Hearts 3 before we go through At World's End. Or better yet they can create their original story in Port Royal than follow the film's plot to fit the Kingdom Hearts 3 main plot. Neverland's original story work pretty well in 358/2 Days and in Birth by Sleep, if that world can work than so can Port Royal.

Oh, I'm definitely counting on seeing Jack again in Kingdom Hearts III!  He just has to return! I'm really hoping that's the case, because I want to get the chance to battle against the Kraken and Davy Jones!  Just thinking how awesome it would be makes me smile!  I'm sure that the plot to follow would be Dead Man's Chest, since Kingdom Hearts II focused on The Curse Of The Black Pearl, ya know?  Gahhh, I want to see Jack Sparrow again!

 

Although I doubt he'd be one of the seven lights.  Jack may fight the good fight, but he's a pirate, and his allegiance lies with rum and treasure, ya know?

Treasure Planet is pirates in space. Pirates of the Caribbean is just regular pirates. They're both distinct enough to be in the game.

A pirate world is still a pirate world... You can't have both.

I would like Pirates of the Caribbean sequels to come in, but let's see other places like World's End, Davy Jones locker and other places we have seen in the films.

I strongly see this happening. I mean it fits the criteria of a returning world. The areas of Dead Man's Chest etc would be completely new maps to the series and thus makes the Pirates of The Carribean world really likely to return. Also there is a huge difference between POTC and Treasure Planet for the worlds to be clearly separate. Carrying on, Square could replace the Skeleton pirates with Davy Jones' crew thus carrying on the theme of having world specific enemies

Sorry, but that response makes absolutely no sense to me. You're against two creatively and artistically different pirate themed worlds but you're more than happy for a bunch of forest worlds?

You don't see my point. You will have two worlds with 2ships and pirates 

It is true that they are very different but still the same theme.

It will work if Kairi and Riku will visit other worlds. They can add Up as a flying world.

Tangled and Frozen have the same theme of Princesses. But I can guarantee you both of them will be in Kingdom Hearts 3, so again, that non-existent logic is flawed.

I would want it to be a world solely for the Davy Jones and Kraken boss fights, I don't know if you would have fight them together or as two separate bosses for the world though.

I would absolutely love Port Royal to return in KH3. Port Royal and Timeless River are by far my favorite KH worlds. I would personally want them to cover Dead Man's Chest first and then in a future game cover At World's End. If they cover At World's End in KH3, then they would never be able to use Dead Man's Chest in a future game. If they use Dead Man's Chest in KH3, then they could cover both movies eventually. Also, I wouldn't want them to cover both movies in one game. I think that each world in KH should be focused on one movie at a time, so they can cover it as much as possible and as well as possible.

We I found the first Tron world "Space Paranoids" to be ok, because it was rather smooth and colorful, and it was also one of the few worlds in KH2 that had actual importance to the plot. 

 

I'm surprised they didn't add Petetronic into the Grid

Meheheh, sure, why not. I don't see the problem with it, Square Enix has plenty of material to work with. I'd also actually like to see The Grid come back in some form, because I am not happy that Rinzler was starting to turn back to Tron and then just kinda... Stopped there. Plus, Tron and Sora are two of the better friendships between Sora and a Disney character in my opinion, Sora and Hercules being the best.

Second, I should be burned at the stake because I don't like one of the worlds in the game?  You seriously need to get out of your mom's basement for some fresh air, and get a life while you're at it.  Grow up.
