I finished Persona 4 Golden about a week ago and the ending in that game (the true ending) is probably the first game that has ever made me cry, the ending was so emotional to me, with everything you and your friends has been through and now you have to leave them to go home and when i saw that i just couldn't hold it in it was so sad but also happy.

 

so i was wondering of this has happened to any of you guys, has any game made you cry or made you felt other emotions.

Lightning Returns didn't make me cry (I never cry because of emotion, to be honest), but it was very emotional for me...

The Walking Dead Season 1 

Well the Walking Dead Season 1 Game from TTG ending made me cry. That was just emotional if you play EP1 untill EP5, damn BUY IT!

 

Also Season 2 TWD from TTG EP1 there was this scene with a dog if you own a dog you get it. But I found Season 2 horse shit and recommend Season 1

That was just a awesome Game and in my opinion the best writing I've ever seen!

I have The Walking Dead Season 1 but i've only played episode 1 and 2 (don't really remember why i stopped playing since i firetrucking loved episode 1 and 2)

Well Kingdom Hearts 2 ending has something to do with me personally so yeah

Xion's death made me cry a pool of tears...

 

Lightning's monologue about Serah at the end of 'Requiem of the Goddess' made me cry a river

(Especially the line where she says "If we can laugh together just one more time. Well...then I have nothing left to wish for...)

 

 

And then there is Lightning returns...that game was made to yank oceans of tears out of the manliest of men ~

 

 

The scene where Snow becomes a Cie'th and Lightning had to talk sense back into Snow

The scene where Sahz was trying to revive his lifeless son: a lifeless Dahj

The scene where Fang and Vanille died together....

The scene where Lumina says heaps of depressing things....

The scenes with Yeul, Noel and Caius....

Kingdom hearts 1 when Sora sacrifice himself to wake up Kairi.

Too many games to list.

I had some tears in my eyes when Goofy "died" in KH2   At that moment I thought he was really dead, and that made me sad.

Yeah, same here. I never cry over anime, games, etc but I can feel the emotion.

Xenoblade was also touching but I don't think that as much as FFXIII

Oh yeah, definitely. Two in particular are Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Darkness and Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII. I think I teared up a bit throughout many parts of Persona 4 Golden as well.

I cried on many other parts in P4G as well but i only mentioned the ending since the other parts are huge spoilers

TWEWY's ending made me REALLY emotional when I first finished it. Lullaby for you didn't help at all, just made me cry even harder.

 

I don't think I exactly cried for Persona 3, but it sure was close... And Persona Q probably made me tear up a bit, too...? Can't remember correctly. ^^

I am a generator of tears and I cry way too easily.

But here we go...

• The Terra and Aqua scene in Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance kills me. 
• Admittedly the parallel between Roxas fighting Saïx in days and Sora fighting him in Kingdom Hearts II got me. "Different name fate." It never occurred to me that Saïx lost his fight with Roxas before
• Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky. My heart still hurts.
• Pokémon ORAS/RSE. The fight with Wally always manages to tear me up :')
• TWEWY "If you give up on yourself you give up on the world."

Kingdom Hearts II didn't make me actually cry but every time I get to the ending I get really teary eyes because it's so happy and light. I really hope that KH3's ending can top it because it's probably my favorite moment in video game history.

Nostalgia always makes me cry, whenever I play old games from my childhood.

The KH series made me cry twice.

Once was when I was listening to Xion's theme in a car. I cried rivers because of how sad it it.

 

I cried also watching the DDD opening during the 10th anniversary KH event in Japan. The nostalgia just hit me in waves thinking of how far KH and I have gotten.

 

I also cried watching the ending of The Walking Dead: Season One by Tell Tale. It was so sad and I was watching a Let's Play too on top of that.
