    Its still called the Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon right? Just the art will have changed?

    And have you seen the new Dark Magician? He's no longer purple lol, more darker colour design

    Yeah, that's from the anniversary artwork Dark Magician. And no, it's an alternative version BEUD. It will probably need three Alternative Dragons to summon it.
