Here's my entry!!!: Click image in spoiler for full size: I wasn't planning on drawing any KH fanart for a long while but this contest forced my hand lol. I love the over the top-ness of the final boss battles so I incorporated things from them in the background. At the top those shooting stars represent the other characters; From left-to-right: Eraqus, Ventus, Terra, Xion, Riku, Roxas, Kairi, Namine, Donald, Goofy, and the last represents Data Sora, Data Riku, and Data Namine. I glad I saw the contest right from the first day, that gave me enough time to work on it a few hours per day and get everything I wanted into it.^^ I want to make another simpler picture but I probably won't finish in time. Even with all those details your lines are so steady and smooth! I like how expressive the characters are and those detailed patterns. This would have made a great cover for 2.5!

My first KH game was CoM for GBA. If it was only on Playstation I wouldn't have gotten into the series. They might do something about KH3D much later but KH3 should definitely be only for PS4/Xbox1.

Sorry but it's inevitable the 7 Uniques and 13 Defaults WILL clash! Their battle will result in the creation of the Y-blade(pronounced ForumBlade) which we will use to unlock KH13!!!!

I think it's mostly having it on a bigger screen and having the whole series thus far on one console. The controls are hardly an issue. You can do everything with the buttons except swiping for reality shifts and dream eater games/petting. Though going from 3DS to PS3 is sure to be a hassle(and putting it on Wii U would defeat most of the point of remastering it) I'm a little split on it; If it did happen I would want it to come out before KH3 even if KH3 gets pushed back because after seeing KH3's story I won't care about it as much(plus people who didn't play the 3DS version are less likely to buy KH3D remaster if they already played KH3). Although thinking about it KH3D was kind of bare; only the gameplay and the end part of the story was really good so they would really need to do much more than just polish it at which point it would be more like a Final Mix which is definitely too much to do before the game we have been waiting so long for(unless the KH3D Final Mix version changed the story and was game-of-the-year material). In the end it's best they don't do it before KH3 unless they've been secretly working on it already or were doing a movie even shorter then the two DS games' movies.

I bought a 3DS for Dream Drop Distance but I think I played Pilot Wings Resort first since it came free with it(then I never touched it again).

Very solid advice. A lot of people who start drawing get frustrated because they try to go straight to a final result without simplifying it first.

These are great!! You did a good job showing different perspectives that is hard to do but you've done it pretty well. It's also nice how much depth each picture has; it makes me want to jump in and see what the rest of those environments are like. Keep it up!! ^^

I wholeheartedly agree. On top of what you mentioned they could also have Sora react to unique conditions in the environment such as stumbling and sliding when running on sand or muddy grass etc. Having varying weather effects and changing the time of day(where appropriate) would also bring some life to the worlds. Even with cases like Twilight Town where it's supposed to be always twilight they can play around with the colors to still keep it Twilight but noticeably different. Weather and time of day could even play apart in what kind of heartless/enemies appear or how the NPCs behave. Destructible environments beyond just crates and cracked walls would be good too. Something like your battling heartless and a window breaks or the fruit on a fruit stand spills and scatters or a tree gets knocked down and all this stays like that until you leave the area. Maybe even scratches or burn marks etc could be left on objects. The little details can add up to make a huge difference so that each section you enter is memorable and makes you want stop to look around. By KH's own logic every world has a heart so there should definitely be more life in them.
