I think it's too soon to talk about after KH3 since we still don't know how much focus will be on Kairi in KH3. I would've loved a Kairi focused game earlier during 358 Days and Re:CoM time but it's too late for that. As for where she could go in KH3 or after I would be fine with anything. All of the characters seem to mix in well in any of the worlds they go to so it doesn't matter but I think Pixie Hollow (from Tinker Bell movies), Enchancia (Sofia the First) and Tangled's world would work especially well. It would also be interesting if she went to worlds the other characters already visited and saw the "legacies" they left behind kind of like in BBS. But again, Kairi should have had more focus before or during KH2, It's so disappointing seeing all the wasted potential for the story

I'd rather have get an artbook with a lot of pages and maybe a poster with all the main characters.

I would just like to see more KH original characters.

It really is tough to please everyone especially in a long awaited sequel. It's a shame that FFXV isn't already out, It will probably be too late for developers to incorporate anything from feedback they receive of FFXV's gameplay into KH3. That might be the case with 2.5 too but I can't really say for sure. As you said BbS and 3D did provide a good level of difficultly, especially near the end so I'm sure KH3 can be something most people will enjoy. Hopefully there will be enough vocal people who praise any good changes they make. It would be nice too if KH3 attracts a lot of people who never played the series.

^THIS If the combat and enemies were complex enough that you had to really think during EVERY fight then KHIII would really stand out positively from the rest of the series. The developers should really take a lot of risks with the combat and combine the best of all the old games plus add in a lot of new stuff since the way people latch on to nostalgia and fear change, whether KHIII has a old combat system or not, people will still be saying the older games were better/harder/funner than KHIII so might as well go all out with the system.

Pretty much any of the FFXIII characters would work. Noctis too but I would rather him appear in some other world if at all They also could just go completely out there and use the woman from the FF Tech Demo: Agni's Philosophy just cause they can be flexible with her personality and maybe include that flying beast too.

Yeah, there definitely needs to be a good number of new worlds too; both Disney and KH original.

All the characters should get new clothes (and longer hair for TAV) but it's really hard to imagine how they can make as good of an improvement like they did with KH1 to KH2 Sora's outfit.

Sora Returns: Kingdom Hearts III You could change dream eater colors? I didn't notice but I guess it could be cool. Though it might be better if you only changed colors with an ability since it might ruin the mood at some parts and Sora will still probably change in some worlds anyway like Halloween Town

I'd like pretty much every world since they would be visually updated like Twilight Town in the trailer. It might be best if they only keep worlds where there are still sequels that they haven't covered like Port Royal, Castle of Dreams, and Atlantica but it would be interesting if they made new content and areas like for Beauty and the Beast( if there isn't already a sequel) since the beast did play a big role in KH1. They definitely should bring back all KH original worlds and expand them especially Destiny Islands since that's where we started the story. In particular I would also like to see Pixie Hollow since there's so much content in those stories to cover. But it all will be wasted if they don't add more background characters and stuff (like an audience in the Coliseum)

I would like to see them all with new outfits with Roxas' and Namine's being similar to what they already wear. Unique keyblades for Xion and Roxas. Some kind of weapon for Namine; either a keyblade or something else is fine. Have them play important roles in the story interacting with a lot of the other characters and it would be nice to have some closure on how/where they will live out their lives.

Terra should be older since his body is being used. Ventus will not have aged since his body has no heart but it might change at least a little once his own heart comes back if he has memories of Sora, Roxas and Xion's experiences(just so it won't be so tragic that he lost so many years, but who knows) Aqua wouldn't be that much older in the RoD but it would be nice if her hair was longer as a more symbolic sign of her struggles.

Yes, they definitely need more background characters. With these new systems having more power they should be able to pull it of. It would be nice if all the worlds had side adventures and a lot to explore. Also heartless/whatever should spawn even if there are people nearby. Like others have mentioned the combat is the biggest thing that needs to be improved. There should be multiple attack buttons and some kind of combo system that you can customize.

His current outfit is great. He will get a new one but I have a hard time imagining how it will be better. I just hope he has something like drive forms where his new outfit temporarily changes. I don't care too much for keyblade armor but I guess he should get it as more of a sign of him evolving.

Just seeing Ventus' heart going to young Sora made my eyes watery so yea, I'll definitely be shooting out tears. BUT I might not be as sad if they mess it up like with Roxas' ice cream line during Xion's "death". With that scene I wasn't sure if I was crying from laughter or sadness.(yea definitely both lol)

Definitely avoiding this site once it's released. I generally HATE spoilers for anything. Though I won't be able to resist trailers since those will give me more to get hyped about. Even just hearing people's reactions to the story or gameplay will alter the way I view it. I hope that it has a worldwide release and that I get it at launch because I'll also have to avoid not just KH13 but also places like youtube, DeviantART and gaming sites. Nowhere will be safe

I'll be pretty disappointed if they just reuse one of the old songs cause I've listened to them to death(though I still love them). I don't know if a cover would be right; most people will either complain that it killed the song or that it wasn't good enough/different enough to not have just gone with the original. BUT maybe if the used multiple artist in one song it could work. I think they would have a better chance making a new song with someone with a similar voice if Utada herself doesn't want to do it. Still Alive by Lisa Miskovsky is pretty similar so I wouldn't mind if they made a new song like that but maybe with a bit faster tempo. or Imogen Heap or Oceanlab Though with these artist they'll still need one for a Japanese version so they'll probably go for another billigual Japanese singer. I can think of a few anime songs I like but not sure which of them could also sing in English.( and I've posted enough already )

I loved how it just happened randomly the first time with no explanation. It made me instantly think of in KH1 when that voice said "The closer you get to the light the greater your shadow becomes". Although I was disappointed they never mentioned it in the story. I think it should be worked into the story since it fits with the heroes having to try and understand the darkness more. As for when it's used it should be random and weaker like before but you should be able to customize it so at least it will be challenging but not unfair. They should also make a work around for boss fights cause it was simply annoying being unable to beat a boss or change back because of a keyblade-specific task(like the Tron boss).

I wholeheartedly support getting Fire Emblem Awakening like you said. I have't played much else on the 3DS (pokemon Y and KHDDD) but you should also get the 3DS remake: Devil Survivor Overclocked and the DS sequel: Devil Survivor 2 They both have similar creatures and stuff from Shin Megami Tensei IV(by the same creator) but I'm sure they are different experiences. Although I haven't played SMT IV so I'm just going by what I've seen. If you like the gameplay in Fire emblem then you should love the Devil Survivor games since its very similar but with 4 teams of 3 and you can customize the characters skills. Both Devil Survivor games also have great stories,multiple endings, and are pretty hard so they will last a good while.

For the Story: I mostly want to play as Aqua, Riku, and Kairi but also: Sora(obviously), Ventus, Terra, Roxas, Lea, Xion, Namine, and some new KH characters with or without keyblades For Multiplayer: Pretty much any important character and maybe a character who you can customize

Well KH3 is about finding 7 capable guardians of light so at least they would be strong enough to fight the Xehanorts and worth playing as. As for Kairi, the 7 vs 13 battle is not going to happen at the beginning so Kairi has the whole game to get strong enough(which KH1 Sora did to fight Ansem) and Kairi is going to have Yen Sid's guidance so she should be able to get significantly stronger over the course of the game. lol I was thinking Hyperbolic Time Chamber too but I hope they don't. Although your right I will just eat up any bullsh*t justification they through at us. Though he really should have involved Kairi in the story better especially in KH2.

He'll get stuck on the staircase. Xion didn't get an Organization chair because Xehanort didn't count properly. Ansem the Wise probably won't be. He left his data to Riku so the others can figure it out and while yes, the Lights don't have to be keyblade wielders, Yen Sid said they needed 7 Guardians of Light so they should be able to at least fight or else why not just bring in the pricesses if they just need to stand there. Also the heroes are doing this to prevent the X-blade from being forged so they would need the lights to be as combat strong as possible. That's also why I think they'll aim for more than 7 lights with all of the potential fighters they have plus new characters. I'm not sure Terra will be saved early on enough to be an "official" light or at least he won't have his proper body. Same goes for Vanitas and Isa; they both will surely cross over to the good side but it might be during or just before the big clash and so the 7 lights would have already been chosen. It would seem strange if Aqua, Ven, Riku and other main characters weren't one of the lights so maybe Nomura was just avoiding spoilers by saying part of the climax is the 7 vs 13 clash OR there will be a 7 vs 13 battle at the same time that the other important characters have to go elsewhere to deal with something urgent. Maybe even Marluxia could rise up again with his own group. I wouldn't want Young Xehanort to come back since timetravel in any story makes everything confusing and his older self should be the one to deal/reflect upon whatever happens. If Disney characters like the Beast could be a light then maybe by "familiar" Nomura meant some of the darknesses are Disney characters. Then there is still that empty spot that Sora was supposed to fill so I hope it's like you said that we'll see a lot of new characters who could end up going to either side with some of then hopefully having a connection to old Org XIII members 9-12.

I didn't mean the drop meter I just meant like how you could beat at most 3 worlds in DDD as Sora but couldn't go any further until you beat those worlds with Riku but you could do it in any order and switch at anytime. Your right, pretty much any potential playable character will go their own way but there will be some overlap at some points at least closer to the end. I just don't want too much of other characters stories being spoiled while your playing as another. Kairi and Lea are most likely going to be training with the keyblade together and then travel to other worlds together since Kairi is a potential target of new Org XIII so she would need protection. I'd be disappointed if you only get to play as Sora and Riku. Having more would allow them to make a bunch of unique abilities and fighting styles to spread out amongst a few characters instead of cramming them all in Sora and Riku.
