  1. Well, the Spellweaver finisher is a huge part of what makes LV1 Aqua Critical fast, so...
  2. Yes, it's just Quick Run (and Glide, as well) that takes you out of first-person. I, myself, have Dodge Rolled in first person so that still works.
  3. The only things I hope for in KH3 that they didn't do well in BBS and DDD is avoid the following: - some command that was either one of the only truly viable commands (Surge) or obsoleted every other method of combat (Balloon) - too much superarmor on bosses (they should stagger more) I don't think bosses should be easily loopable, but I don't think they should retaliate so randomly that you could never complete, say.... an Ars Arcanum. In general, I'd like if they could avoid having something be a go-to option for dealing with bosses, and actually require the player to learn the fight to do reasonably well. But that's a lot to ask. That said, I prefer the Command List over the Command Deck and I'm glad they seem to be sticking with that. For all its flashiness, Command Decks limit you to eight commands. Now, I'm not saying I didn't enjoy BBS or DDD, because I did, but I felt that the Command List in KH1 and KH2 at least allowed me to mix up my gameplay, and no single combat option (attacking or magic) obsoleted the others in most situations (that I can think of off-hand). I'd like to see KH3 do well, but I'm not necessarily going to hold my breath.
  4. Barring unguardable (but still Reflectable) boss attacks, I haven't had many issues (if at all) with KH2(FM) Guard.
  5. That was always the case with KH1 Oblivion. It just gets outclassed by Divine Rose in Final Mix. Olympia has +1 Strength in Final Mix over its original counterpart. However, besides Oblivion, Oatkeeper and Lionheart were also unchanged, from what I can find.
  6. Most notable difference in your character selection against him is the fact there is an attack that he only uses against Terra where he brings up the ground and hurls it at you... an attack he only uses against Ven where he Summons tornadoes... and an attack he only uses against Aqua where... I forget what he did. Some rainbow-y attack thing. In this sense, whether or not an attack is part of his moveset depends on the character you're using. More accurately, it depends on which of the three playable characters are participating in the battle, since on PSP BBSFM, multiplayer was a thing.
  7. Apparently, they still had the .iso for KHFM which I heard is what was used for 1.5.
  8. Just because you haven't noticed and/or experienced bugs, glitches, crashes, lag pauses, etc., it does not mean they don't exist in your disc. There's a lag pause at the start of the Cerberus fight (if I recall correctly) and Larxene AS, among other fights. The Reversal Command in the Final Xemnas fight, in both JP and ENG versions, fails to appear a lot of the time, in both the story and Data fight. (I'm not saying it doesn't appear at all, because it does appear occasionally. But that's it: occasionally.) In English 2.5, you can crash the game using Limit Form on Xemnas (story fight, not Data Fight) trying to use the building Reaction Command (I forget how the crash triggers exactly since I never did it myself--I just heard and saw a video or two showing that Limit Form + building RC in story Xemnas fight = crash and just avoided using that Form completely in that battle).
  9. I'd like to point out that the crash in the Xemnas fight at Memory's Skyscraper involves Limit Form. I heard it had to do with reverting after Xemnas casts drain on you and moves to the building then trying to use the Reaction Command.
  10. On the original English PS2 version, I recall once grouping them all but one together, had Fenrir and Negative Combo (and of course no Combo Pluses), and using a single finisher (at the lone piece) to destroy them all. Pretty time-consuming, though.
  11. You don't need a miracle. You just need patience to learn three things: 1. his moveset and how to dodge each move 2. his revenge value 3. his HP barriers He gets easier to deal with once you have those down.
  12. I don't think you really need a video because setting up is simple. I actually forgot to mention something, though. > Your Deck needs Firagas and at least one Victory Pose. > Make sure EXP Chance is turned on and EXP Walker is turned off. > Go to that room in Deep Space I mentioned and get rid of the turrets (or they might get in your way). > Make the Jellyfish Unversed spawn, go to critical HP, and jump onto a nearby crate (it can't reach you there), and blast it with Firaga until it splits into two (eventually, it'll only take one Firaga). Repeat until you kill a small Jellyfish that actually yields EXP. When this happens, use Victory Pose. This doubles the EXP gain from that kill. (EXP Walker will actually get in the way of this because of how it counts steps.) > Repeat until you've completely wiped it out.
  13. What I did for Ven and Aqua: Deep Space, the giant room with the jellyfish Unversed (the name of which I forget) that splits when beat down enough. After destroying the wall guns, I went to critical HP (while it's still a single giant Unversed), stood on one of the giant blocks and spammed Firaga.
  14. Mostly certain fans. Someone said it here before. "Those that think they know but don't." Also, because it caught my eye: Hold L2 or R2 then use the right analog. I forget which one it is. Holding one makes the right analog stick move the cursor in the Command Menu while holding the other lets you use the right analog stick to switch lock-on targets.
  15. That's pretty much all you can do. Dodge until you see an opening to use Surge on him (like when he uses the X-slash or after Collision Magnet if you avoid it).
  16. Uh, what? I find this hard to believe. 1) No one that I know has ever seen him heal more than three times in a fight. (either Terra's or Last Episode) 2) No one that I know has ever seen him heal to max HP, only to a certain amount.
  17. Demyx: Use Reaction Commands, and maybe have Fire shortcutted for the Water segments. Learning to use Reflect will help, too. If you have Quick Run and/or Dodge Roll, those will help, too. (On the off-chance you don't know what they are, they are the growth abilities you get from leveling up Wisdom and Limit Form, respectively.) Final Fantasy Fights: Unlike original KH2, you have Limit Form to fall back on if you don't have MP or Items, and you can use the Limits to your advantage. 1000 Heartless: Reaction Command: The Fight. Enough said.
  18. I think you mean Desperation Move, not Deviation.
  19. Blazing Gem - Fiery Globe, Fat Bandit Power Gem - Shaman, Aerial Knocker Energy Gem - Emerald Blues, Fortuneteller Remembrance Stone - Aerial Champ, Lance Warrior, Magic Phantom, Necromancer Blazing and Energy Gems will be found in Agrabah. Power Gems in Pride Lands. Remembrance Stones can be found in enemies in the first Cavern of Remembrance room. Unlike all other rooms, re-entering a room in the Cavern seems to always reset enemy spawns.
  20. If Final Xemnas Data grabs you, don't waste your time trying to use Reversal; use Session to avoid it instead.
  21. You may have to beat the Final Episode before you can challenge Vanitas Sentiment. (Can't remember.)
  22. 1. Satisfy all of the Mushroom XIII (Journal score requirement) 2. Defeat all Organization XIII Data 3. Defeat Lingering Will The order you do these does not matter; when you complete one of the above, you will get the bronze crown. Completing two of the above will give you the silver. Completing all three gets you the gold crown.
  23. At least Mysterious Figure's Renewal Barrier isn't as bad Vanitas Sentiment's Curaga, eh?
  24. Donut ship would be ideal. Enemies tend to aim for the center of your gummi ship. However, having a hollow center removes the hitbox there, so instead attacks will simply pass through. Off the top of my head, you're still vulnerable to explosive attacks, enemies that can grab you, and the occasional laser.
