Well then... to begin with: references and such have probably been spread out over the new trilogy, so it won't bee too much in one movie. J.J. Abrahams did not set out to make " do you remember this character" - the movie. This is a new movie with new characters that will slowely take the places of the old ones. As for your individual complaints... - Duh, Anakin's dead. His story was done. - He was not cut, he just did not (yet?) appear. - Yeah... Nobody liked JarJar until a conspiracy that he was a sith, and that was way later than the script was written. Why would they bring back a hated character? - As I said, they're probably spread out. Also in Rey's force flashback whatever you can hear both Yoda and Obi-wan. - Rumors are just rumors, don't believe everything on the internet. - He was called Ben Solo. Han litteraly yelled " BEN" at him, befor their confrontation.(also a reference to Obi-wan, who went by the name of Ben after RotS) - Yep. - Probably not, it's hard to believe they'd just throw out a main character after just one movie. - Yeah, again because they're probably spreading this kind of stuff out. If you like it or not is all up to you, but the reason people like this movie is because it goes back to what Star Wars was in the ' 80s. None of that political bullcrap, no forced romance, no bad acting because of bad direction, no terrible cgi everything.

This does not in the least way seem respectful to me, but hey that could just be me, not knowing what life is. Saying these series are objectively bad is just plain wrong. You may think they're bad, because none of these things embody what you think an anime truly should be. And saying something is bad because nothing is happening and there "is no story" only says something about how you view anime in general.

Sooo... we already knew IGN was a shit company. All the people they put on these Kingdom Hearts videos are either uninterested in the story or didn't even know anything about the series prior to reading the script for the video they were supposed to voice. IGN is uninformed about this series and the people who generally watch IGN videos are not interested anyways.

I still kind of doubt they'll even continue muh after kingdom hearts 3... then again, milking cashcows is something all companies like to do. I hope they'll choose just one conaole to continue with, havig to buy a ds, psp and 3ds was a pain in the ass.

As for the video, maybe it could have been better if you had written out your thoughts and just read that out loud into the microphone and editing out the stuttering afterwards. Most of this video is you summarizing the story and kind of neglecting your own opinion and shoehorning it in at the end. I do agree though that the story of this game has this melancholic quality to it that the other Kingdom Hearts games don't have and it is especially sad considering it's not certain which characters will return to being complete beings.

If they ever decide to give this a try again they should just stick to the manga's story. It's already made, which saves money, and they can work off the less combat centric world of the manga.
