  7. So after seeing the new artwork for the 3rd anniversary of Kingdom Hearts X, I decided to do a sketch of the art rendered in pencil and adding a KH3 logo to it. http://
  8. Today is May 11th, so... It makes I have been a member of KH13.com forum for 365 days a.k.a a year! If you don't believe it, you can check my profile when I had become a member and signed up as member at my profile or here (I have screen captured it) : Well, So many things have been happened during a year, from the best one until the worst one. If I have to tell my experience here, it will be long story! At first I came here, I was confused, how I could keep in touch with other members here, how I could fit well in this forum, since I was still new at kingdom hearts series, so I needed time to understand Kingdom Hearts things haha! I still remember the first time I came to this forum, I meet an user named Soraxx (xx are the number, I forgot the number) and chat with him / her (if this user still remember me about our chat a year ago, you can tell me what your username now). About 3-4 days after signing up as members, I posted introduction post here, and met several people here and the good part was I could make friends with them. I still remembered several of them: SorRik, Yuya Sakaki and soravids (you are my best friends here! I never got bored when I was talking with you!), churro, catmaster0116, weedanort (I'm sorry if I seldom talked with you all, but you are the great friends too guys!), I still remember Oli (I don't know what your username if you have changed it right now...), Javelin434, Toominator, Forever, AzureAce, Shinobi Palace, Magman, keylore, StevenDrake, The Transcendent Key. Wow, I have had friends here. I also remembered Sora96, I still remembered when we were talking about Final Fantasy things. And there were some people that I met here that we haven't been friends and I have been mentioned here. I'm really glad to be a part of this forum or community. But there is but. Although I have been friending several people, sometimes I also did some mistakes or something wrong that could make people irritated, confused, in the end, they were hard to understand what I meant (Sometimes it's because my language, my mother language is Indonesia, so sometimes I still need to get used to write / speak in english well). Well, I'm really sorry if I made you confused and irritated as well because of my attitude and Thank you for moderators for their helps when I had trouble back then in this forum (I really don't like to talk the problem, only several people know about it) I also apologize If I also seldom post here, since, you know, It's hard to find good topic to discuss, and sometimes when I want to start the topic, others have started ahead before me. So that's why, I seldom to post new topic. Maybe several people here noticed, sometimes I posted at "Photo of myself" topic; photo about myself and when I did some cosplays. I would like to say, THANK YOU SO MUCH for liking those photos and all the compliments for me. Somewhat it could rise my confidence about myself (sometimes I'm not confident with myself, I start to think that I'm fat, don't care about myself, etc.). Lastly, I would love to say that kh13.com is the best forum of Kingdom Hearts that I have ever joined in. Not only provides good information about Kingdom Hearts thing, but also good place to meet KH fans around the world. I hope that I can get well here better and try to be active just like before. And also, since today is the same day with SorRik's birthday, Happy birthday to SorRik. Wish you always the best!
  9. I loved the reboot and thought Legend and Guardian of Light were okay so I of course decided to play Anniversary. I was let down. The game looks outdated now. It feels outdated. It's also very boring. The story is non existent. It's all puzzle, puzzle, puzzle and the few moments of story the game does have are awful cutscenes. The combat is also basic and boring. If you like that sort of thing that's great, but for me personally this game is terribly boring and outdated.
  10. Crystal Dynamics' Tomb Raider: Anniversary has been released on Mac via Steam. The port was of course handled by Feral Interactive.
  11. The Tomb Raider Trilogy is a collection consisting of Tomb Raider: Legend, Tomb Raider: Anniversary and Tomb Raider: Underworld, released exclusively on PlayStation 3 in 2011. The games were originally developed by Crystal Dynamics, in association with Buzz Monkey Software and Nixxes Software BV, and were ported to the PS3 by Buzz Monkey Software. The collection includes the PlayStation 2 versions of Legend and Anniversary remastered in high definition plus Underworld, which was previously released on the PS3 in 2008, all on one Blu-ray Disc. Also included is plenty of trophies with a platinum trophy for each game, bonus Lara Croft and Viking Thrall avatars for use in the now terminated PlayStation Home, a theme pack for the XrossMediaBar, developer diaries for all 3 games and trailers for the previously released Lara Croft & The Guardian of Light. Legend is a quality game however it hasn't aged that well in the past nine years. The faces look very awkward at times and there is texture/graphic issues galore. The platforming isn't perfect either. And the way the game blocks off certain areas just looks strange and ugly. The game is pretty easy and has multiple difficulties including a time trial mode and plenty of collectables. Croft Manor also returns with puzzles and more collectables. Voice acting is fine and so is music and sound effects. However sometimes the voice acting is a little hard to hear over music & sound effects. You can also re-watch the cinematics and view character profiles, object models and more. There's also pistol upgrades, different outfits and cheats. The story is okay, nothing as epic as the reboot though. The game is quite short, only took me about eight hours. Aiming can also be a little off and the puzzles are the same boring stuff. It's a decent game that's worth a playthrough. After playing some of Anniversary and Underworld I'm let down. The platforming is shocking in Anniversary and both are outdated in terms of gameplay and graphics. The remasters appear to do the game's justice but I've never played the originals. If you like the classics you should be fine playing these but they are just too outdated for me personally. 7/10
  12. This May 6th marks the ten year anniversary of the European launch of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories for the GameBoy Advance, having shipped roughly 200,000 units in Europe and 1.55 million copies worldwide. Though it is considered the least successful game in the Kingdom Hearts series, it has still received generally positive reviews, with the most praise directed towards the story. The tagline for this is "Adventure is in the cards." Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories was first announced, along with Kingdom Hearts II, at the Tokyo Game Show in September of 2003. The idea for a intermediary game began after Tetsuya Nomura and his team had already begun plans for Kingdom Hearts II. The original title then was Kingdom Hearts: Lost Memories, but the title was changed to match the premise of game, while keeping the theme of memories. It also provided a way to start Kingdom Hearts II with Sora and co. not having access to the abilities and equipment earned in the first game. While Nomura was hesitant to release a Kingdom Hearts game on the GBA, after considering his options and planning accordingly, and hearing that children wanted a Kingdom Hearts game for the GBA, he changed his mind. Since then, Chain of Memories has been released for the PS2 as Re:Chain of Memories and for the PS3 as part of Kingdom Hearts: 1.5 HD ReMIX. Of note is Jupiter's involvement in game development. The card system employed by Chain of Memories inspired the gameplay of Jupiter's next game "The World Ends With You". While many people clearly had fun with Chain of Memories for the GBA, PS2, and PS3, I want to know what you thought about the game. Did you have fun? What do you remember most about this unique entry in the Kingdom Hearts series?
