Hey! Out of curiosity, what did you and your sister think of Tales of Zestiria, and how did it compare to Symphonia? We're trying to decide whether to get Xillia or Zestiria and I thought I'd ask you which you preferred, or what you thought of Zestiria. : )
Arya Stark repliedSo far, I prefer Xillia. But we're not very far into Zestiria yet, lots of work no time to play. Still, Xillia is one of the best games I've ever played, so I'd go with that one.
Mystics Apprentice repliedAwesome to hear, particularly because of their price difference. : P I remember my best friend loved Xillia as well, but she hasn't played other Tales games to compare it to. Love the look of Vesperia but unfortunately we don't have an XBox360 to play it on. Anyhow, thanks, Yuffie, and good luck with Zestiria! It's tough to balance life sometimes, especially since we're approaching finals and the holidays. I know it gets stressful. : (

Shard the Gentleman repliedOooh, yes. I've finished 1, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13 (all three), Tactics Advance, and a few others I'm probably forgetting. 9 is by far my favorite
Trece the Xam ( ▀ ͜͞ʖ▀) repliedThat's quite a lot! I'de recommend V, that's one of the best ones, and also Tactics A2, it's even better than Advance in my opinion! IX was quite good in my opinion, but XIII (all three) is a lot better in my opinion; everyone has theirs!
II and III are fine too, but they're not too good, II has got the Emperor, if you like antagonists, I recommend the game, he's one of the best ones, and III's good, except for not beeing able to save in the...

).Is XII really good? I have played it, but I haven't really found it catchy.
Shard the Gentleman repliedIt's pretty good, I guess. Gameplay is one of the strongest of the series, nice replay value, plenty of optional side quests to quench your thirst. Story wise, though, it's one of the less complex ones. It's all pretty straightforward.
Trece the Xam ( ▀ ͜͞ʖ▀) repliedThat's what I thought, I like the stories mostly, so I wasn't expecting that much from it, but I wouldn't mind finnishing it to understand Revenant wings, which I enjoyed quite a lot when I played on my DS. I might give it a shot.
Shard the Gentleman repliedIt's definitely worth playing. A friend on here bought it for me- it's pretty fun. It's just the story is pretty easy to guess at. Minimal grinding, depending on how you play.
