Hey Everglow, I just need to thank you for the very extensive Lingering Will walkthrough you posted a while back off the Japanese version of the game. I just took out all of Data Organization XIII, also with help from your videos on a few of them, and the Lingering Will is my next project. Your walkthrough has led me to get pretty far into the battle, and I know I will win eventually by learning from your video.

Anyone played Dragon Quest? Looking to get into the series so, thoughts?
Shulk repliedI've played through DQIX, and I'm playing through DQVI now. It's a lot of fun, I'd definitely recommend it if you're a fan of classic turn-based JPGs. IX seemed like a good place to start, although since multiplayer was an option intended for the main party, your party members are pretty much all blank slates.
MyDixieRect repliedThanks guys. My worries lie in the fact that since they're pretty old, it might mean I have to grind. I really don't like grinding, it kills an RPG for me. If I fight every enemy you throw at me why then to be able to survive in the next area must I voluntarily spend 2 or 3 hours fighting even more of the same baddies? So will I have to grind?
Shulk repliedFrom what I understand, there's a lot of grinding involved in the older ones. I don't remember having many moments in IX where I needed to grind for a long time, though. So long as you keep up with the enemies you come across while going to your next destination, you should be set for the most part.

I feel like Xillia 2's art style lost the original's touch. That's why I think xillia 1's opening looks better, but at the same time I think xillia 2's opening is better because is of the music and action in it. That's just my opinion.

Well, I have to make an exception to my whole official upload-only rule to watch Dragon Ball Super, since I guess not a single official streaming site thought it'd be worth getting the rights to the continuation of the most well-known anime of all time. -_-

AaySquare repliedNo problem. I am unsure though if I should watch DB Super now with the English sub or wait until the English dub releases. I am not used to Japanese voices of the characters at all but only English voices. Goku's Japanese voice kinda annoys me.
It's so hard to resist watching it though when the episode is right in front of you!!

Hunter x Hunter's "Chimera Ant" arc has got to be the greatest anime arc there is. It's a long one that makes up 40% of the entire anime and boy is it worth it.

Trece the Xam ( ▀ ͜͞ʖ▀) repliedIn my opinion, brilliant, it's a real shame it stopped working for me. It uses Samurai Warriors' characters, but I haven't played the game (if you have, you'll enjoy Pokémon Conquest even more, I guess); still, I played Sengoku Basara, which isn't very different from Samurai Warriors, so that helped me. These characters were historical samurais, so if you know a bit of Japan's history, you'll recognise some of them.
