    Seriously, what is it about Hollow Bastion that makes Donald and Goofy disobay Mickey? In the first game they leave Riku and return to Sora despite the fact that, at the time, Riku had the Keyblade, and Mickey's letter specifically instructed them to "follow the Keybearer". In KH2, he tells them to leave and go find Ansem the Wise, insted they join the battle. And in Coded he tells them to hold down the fort, and instead they go looking for Sora in Hollow Bastion's data.

    It seems Radiant Garden/ Hollow Bastion is kind of a threshold for rebellion. Isa and Lea trying to break into the castle, Braig being a backstabber, Ansem's follower's betraying him, Terranort....that place is cursed. xD

    Anyway, did anyone notice that in the "Chronicles" section of the Mementos in 3D, it lists "Re:Coded" instead of "Coded"? It doesn't to that for CoM, and KH, KH2 and BbS don't have "FINAL MIX" tacked on at the end either. I wonder why? They have the same story. Could it just be because the original version never made it overseas? That shouldn't matter. fans woudl know that if there's a Re:coded, there must be a coded.

    It's supposed to show that SDG are SUCH GOOD FRIENDS that Donald and Goofy will disobey direct orders from their king to stand by their buddy.

     

    The fact that it keeps happening kinda makes Mickey seem like a shitty leader, though. :P

    To be fair, the Re:Coded one is because Data Sora ran off on his own like an idiot and they had to go protect his stupid ass, so that's not TOTALLY their fault.

    The power of FRIENDSHIP overcame them. Really, I'd say it's Sora that makes them disobey Mickey, not HB- they chose his friendship over the Keyblade, they fought in the Battle of 1000 Heartless because he wanted to stay, they went to Data KB because Data Sora did first. Sora's the one causing all this insurrection!

    But it never happens anywhere else. The only time it ever came closes to happening in a different world was when Donaldo andon't Sora had that fight in Deep Jungle.

    Actually, I just remembered: in DDD, Mickey tells Donald and Goofy to wait at Yen Sid's tower, and they outright say no. So really it only happens when Mickey gives orders that they don't like.
