Jilly Shears repliedI thought Zinnia was a poorly done character, but really the whole delta episode was poorly done too even though the Deoxys battle is really cool.

Deoxys battle got me so hyped. My first pokemon game was Yellow but the first pokemon game i remember all the way through was really Emerald, and I've always wanted Deoxys. When it came up I was so happy, and it came out the coolest way too.

The payoff with Deoxys was good I guess, but it was such a tedious thing to get through compared to Emma's story in XY.
Jilly Shears repliedI like her battle theme, but my issue with it is that it's so out of place with the rest of the ost. Like yeah, it's a cool song, but it's not a Pokemon song. Same with pretty much all of the new music except for the soaring and Lisia's themes.
Jilly Shears repliedDon't get me wrong, I thought ORAS was handled much better than XY, but pretty much gen 6 as a whole has really fallen flat compared to gen 5 or even the later gen 4 games. I honestly hope Game Freak quits with this one-a-year release cycle because you can tell the quality of the games have really started to drop. lol

Its been like this since 2008 (or 2009) so it isn't a problem. Platinum, HGSS, BW, BW2, XY and ORAS have been released ever since.
ORAS was a huge improvement over XY in terms. I think its because they are still getting used to their new 3D thing. Pokémon Z or XY2 will probably an improvement over XY, with Gen 7 being even better.
