    Why is Five Nights at Freddy's so popular? It's not even scary. I can't get away from it. However, it IS creepy. I'll give it that.

    It was only cool for like a week, then the concept got boring. I don't get why so many people treat it like the biggest thing to happen to gaming.

    I believe part of it has to do with the concept itself. Using animatronic animals as the central monsters allows for some very unique character designs, allowing bright colors that contrast sharply with the dank and dingy setting of the pizzeria. Each of the characters is very memorable and iconic, which creates a greater sense of attachment to overcoming them than just fending off more generic monsters.

    The fact that you also can't move kind of helps it stand out. Games like Slender derive their horror from fleeing from pursuit, while Freddy's embraces a sense of isolation and helplessness: the only thing you can do defense-wise is to sit tight in one place, while the animatronics have free reign over their movements and can choose to come at you a myriad of ways. The player's limited choices makes the sense of entrapment more real.

    The whole staying stationary the entire game is part of why I don't like it. When I'm playing a game, I'm the type of person who likes to stay active in what they're doing. Staring at screens for a few hours really doesn't cut it for me.

    To be fair, PC, consoles, and handhelds all have their own positives. I use all three, and don't regret it at all.

    You got one too? ._. My antivirus seemed to have stopped it, but I almost ended up getting like 5 viruses earlier today from Razer's official website.

    I'm still surprised that a famous hardware/software retailer ended up having viruses in a download... :/ My computer seems to be fine, but I wanted to play my new game without any lag at all with decent graphical settings.

    Enjoying my trip down memory lane with Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix! And I've noticed 4 additional scenes I hadn't seen in the normal version! I fanboyed every time, lol. xD

    The only new scenes I knew about from the original Final Mix were the ones where Xemnas goes to Aqua's armor and the council between Xigbar and Zexion. I had no idea the others existed so I was taken by surprise by a lot of the new content. Felt good.

    Oh God, I can't wait to see the Xemnas talking with Aqua's armor scene! God, Kingdom Hearts II as a whole is already a beast, but Final Mix is just too awesome! And the re-orchestrated tracks sound beautiful! :D
