    same! i main him! ^_^ i keep SDing when backslashing the wrong way tho. -_- i flick the control pad too hard and it goes the other way afterward.

    You can diagonally tilt to change which way Air Slash goes, but you gotta keep in mind that Back Slash, albeit being a horizontal move, has a low amount of movement. However, you can cover a lot of ground if you time Air Slash just right, by delaying the second slash by nearly half a second.

    i wish i had more than 1 official gamecube controller. the only one i have is the limited edition smash bros one that i got with smash 4. all th other ones i have are those gineric third party ones that barely work. :/

    imagine if one of those cheap gamecube controller to usb adapters for emulators worked for smash wii u. that would be insane! i actually need to test that out! xD

    :( i guess that second usb port on the official adapter is like a security bypass or something. maybe one day modders or third parties with make them. or they could be like the gamecube component cables and only be produced by nintendo. anyway, nintendo of europe said tht the adapter is deffinetly not discontinued there so happy day for europe! :) maybe they are region fre and can be imported. i have a friend who wants one irl.

    I heard they're region locked. However, if they aren't discontinued in Europe, other countries will likely continue production as well.
