    Besides, unless you count Mecha Frieza as a revival, this is actually the first time he's been revived.

    Yeah, this Frieza will be a lot more powerful than Mecha Frieza. No more one-shot kills this time around, Frieza's going to be even more dangerous than he was back when the Z Fighters first faced him.

    Doesn't matter how many TIMES he's been revived. The fact is that Frieza will get his ass kicked just like any other villain in DBZ, after getting this ridiculous power boost that Toriyama is so fond of giving EVERYONE. And no, I don't count this or Battle of Gods as canon, its not based on any manga source material. So its technically not DBZ canon. Its more of a what-if story if ANYTHING.

     

    Battle of Gods was about as decent as that atrocious Episode of Bardock schlock...

    -Now that I've rewatched BoG again I see it for what it truly is: schlock. And instead of Toriyama using it as springboard to come up with NEW things, he's going backwards!

    Toriyama said that Battle of Gods and this movie are both canon. So they are. :/ What you say doesn't affect what the author straight out said it is. He knows more about DBZ than you do. I didn't necessarily like the epilogue to the series, but that doesn't mean I'll say it isn't canon.

     

    And of course he'll lose. He's a villain, and we've seen what happens after this movie takes place.

    Battle of Gods was awesome, I definitely recommend it. I got to go see it during the theater showings, and absolutely loved it. I need to buy it as soon as possible now that it's on DVD/Blu Ray. I'll get the next movie and The Last, too. Both are looking great so far!

    Hopefully GameStop will actually have a copy of the 3DS version I can get for myself while picking up my sister's Wii U unit, otherwise this hype was for naught

    I'd imagine that Gamestop should have a copy. If you're getting a Wii U, are you getting Smash with it?

    I meant the Wii U version, my sister already got the Wii U just for this and Mario Kart lol

    She'll more than likely be glued to that so now that I'm hyped I figured I might as well get the 3DS copy for myself

    I'm just gonna stick at 2.0 and run through it with every character first that way

    While I'm doing that my sister has been raging at the Wii U version as she keeps losing at the higher Classic difficulties

    I can't even take down Master and Crazy Hands on 9.0 with Ness. ._.

     

    Also, co-op makes Classic a breeze in the Wii U version. My brother and I did that a couple times, and we rarely lost a single stock.

    You can play Classic with other people? I should give that a whirl once I regain interest- bipolar video game moods are fun

    You can only play Classic with other people in the Wii U version, as far as I know. I didn't do the co-op games in the 3DS version.

    That's cool, I beat All-Star mode on all three difficulties in the 3DS version so I'm pretty content for the time being

    That's good to know. I was only ever to play Brawl online with friends for some reason, so I didn't get to see a lot of what made it so horrible in that one, but I do remember a ton of lag. I'm excited to be able to play online in this one!
