Hero of Light XIV repliedThat's fine and all when you aren't struggling to try and understand how Japanese works. I couldn't go beyond my Jap 1A class, there's just way too much to learn and refine within a four month period. They should really offer more languages in elementary and middle schools, it's easier to learn when you're young.

They've got like three different ways of saying things on paper between hiragana, katakana, and Romanji. Romanji is probably "easiest" for everyone else to understand, as that is the only one that uses the alphabet (hence the "Roman"). Hero of Light XIV repliedI wasn't trying to sound epic, I was just saying that it's the easiest to pick up on. "HoTeRu" is very easy to understand as "Hotel" when it sounds and looks a lot like it. As for the grammar and structure, that was my most difficult area to work with in Japanese. That and my second teacher wasn't as good as my first one.

WakingDawn96 repliedOh, well I tried competitive battling in X and Y and was good in my own order of ways. But going into Alpha Sapphire, I'm going to try and have fun again by focusing on playing the game my own way and battling my own way. I won't be doing any online battling until after I am fully done playing the game and training my own Pokemon my own way. But now that I do know about EV training, it's going to be easier for me to get great Pokemon, even without IVs.
Sorual repliedi like to play my own style too. i just educate myself on competative battling so i can know about it and also get into it sometime. unfortunatly in pokemon you have no choice but to train your pokemon the way the internet says if you want to be "the very best" because its the best possible setup the game will allow technologically. i like to make my own style like you.

WakingDawn96 repliedI think I have decided to trade it in at GameStop to get Pokemon Art Academy. I really want Art Academy and I haven't touched FFX for months now and have no desire to anymore. So I think this would be the perfect swap I can make.
