You know I really can't wait 'til KH3 releases...Not just for the game, but because I'm excited to see Square enter a new era. They've been focusing on XV, KH3 and game remasters for so long. I can't wait for them to come up with something fresh.
Merilly repliedI also would like to see something new but KH was confirmed to continue after 3 and a new FF will surely come around at one point, too. Not to mention FFVIIR coming out in episodes, I'm not so sure there will be a large and new project, although I still hope for something entirely unknown. No known names, no sequel or prequel.

Merilly repliedThough KH3's development hasn't been that long in comparison with other large titles. 2018 will equal about 4 years with the engine switch considered, which is not really such a long time for active development. They just always make the mistake of revealing these things too early. =_= But you're right, it's time for something new.
PrinceNoctis repliedYeah, I know KH3 hasn't been in development for long, but we've still been waiting/hoping for it for a decade and every single game release that has been released since KH2 has been to build up KH3, so even though it hadn't been officially announced, we knew it was coming and we were waiting for it.
Merilly repliedAnd I know you didn't mean that they should stop with those titles, I just meant that it might make something which isn't FF, KH or DQ a bit more difficult if it's supposed to become a big game because they need staff for that. I'd just like some new concept once in awhile. Not even a series. Because naming it FF will always call for certain elements...

Merilly repliedI don't know, I haven't been waiting for KH3 that long because of all the games coming out in the meantime which could all have been labeled KH3, except for BBS. KH3 would have become something entirely different if those games hadn't come out, whatever people make of that, so it's not like we've been waiting over 10 years.

I think they said it was up to Nomura to decide if they were gonna make a sequel and considering he's busy with KH3 and VII Remake, you may have to wait quite a while. @Merilly, what I mean by "waiting for KH3" is basically waiting to see the conclusion of the current storyline (which is KH3). I think a lot of people, despite all of the games that came out. I agree with you when you say that many of the game...
PrinceNoctis replied...many of the games could be labeled KH3. Nomura said himself that KH3D is where KH3 starts...KH3D is basically KH3 part 1, 0.2 is part 2 and KH3 is the finale lol
MythrilMagician repliedKind of glad it was split into parts. At least KH3 will more or less jump straight into the main plot. If not, it just won't take as long when they're all one game.
And yes TWEWY is a great game.
Merilly repliedYeah I agree. This saga shouldn't be drawn out any longer than this. And it is good 0.2 came out before 3. I mean, it's been implied that Sora lost all his abilities, so imagine playing as Aqua for three hours with top tier magic/abilities and then starting at level 1 again. Not to mention the shift in atmosphere and the time the plot plays... It would have been strange.

I started playing Gravity Rush 2. I like many aspects of the game (the world, art style, soundtrack, lunar style) but the (air) combat is the most frustrating thing I ever experienced in a game. Most of the time I miss the enemies because of the camera and the controls and Kat just flies away into space...

I'm currently playing KH1 Final Mix on Standard and I'm on Neverland. I originally had a Beginner save file (it's still there), but I gave up because I couldn't beat Riku-Ansem. I can only imagine how many times I'll die there on Standard.

Couldn't help but buy myself an early birthday present and bought the Mighty Morphin' Powers Rangers complete series set. I'm already almost done with Season 1, and man is it fun to relive some nostalgic moments and the beginnings of the franchise while nitpicking all the production issues and/or Zyuranger/Zyu2 footage quirks at the same time.
