    Well , I usually wake up at 6:00 in the morning .So I really don't find this such a big deal .

    Well, usually my mom has me wake up at 9 on weekdays, then she lets me sleep in till 11 on weekends. SO it's weird that I woke up this like this, cause I was wide awake when I woke up. I'm usually drowsier then heck when I wake up.

    So,the Mark of Mastery test is like the Chonin exam,completely pointless and adds nothing to the plot at the end of the day

    Well let's see,Naruto is still a Genin chronologically,yet he almost did the most dangerous of tasks that not even the higher ups in the Leaf Village can do...and I think the battle with Pain is a huge example of that

    That's because he never had a chance to take the exam. Every time they were held, he was busy with something else. Tusnade knows that he's far beyond Chunin level, so she allows him to take on more dangerous missions, but she can't just go and directly bump him up to Chunin.

    Still he didn't need the exam to progress nor did anyone but Shikamaro himself who's the only who made use of the Chonin rank,other than that everyone else could've done the same thing by training without the Chonin exam

    No, everyone else became a Chunin. That was established around episode two of Shippuden. :/ Naruto was just a special exception, like Sasuke. The purpose of the exam is to determine if someone has the skills of a Chunin, but there are exceptions.

    I know that everyone else became a Chunin but they really didn;'t make any sort of use of the Chunin Rank except for Shikamaru

    That's probably because we never saw what they did between Naruto leave and returning to the village. We never really saw everyone go off on their own separate missions, although it was clear that everyone was at Chunin/Jonin level. Also, the fact that they went on tougher missions demonstrated a use for the Chunin rank.

     

    Also, it was mentioned that the Chunin Exams were also held as an alternative to war.

    Yeah,though again I don't think a lot would've changed anyway if the Chunin exam wasn't held.Everyone would've went on their training and become the strong Ninjas\Shinobi's that we know now.Heck the training Naruto got from both Jiraya and the frogs was actually more useful than any exam the Leaf Village would ever hold.But hey that's just me though.I might talk about the whole Mark of Mastery thing in KH later

    Well, as I said, the Chunin Exams weren't really to get them stronger. They were to prove their strength. I think that's how the Mark of Mastery was, too. It was just to prove "Hey, we're strong enough to deserve this new rank." The training was done for them to reach that skill level.

    Sora saved almost over 20 worlds and defeated two incarnations of Master Xehanort(Ansem SoD and Xemnas),defeated the majority of Organization XIII members and unlocked the Door to the light when he was battling Ansem.That's a feat I doubt any of the masters in the series has accomplished before him.the mark of mastery is just a dick measuring contest

    The rank might not "add" anything, it's just there so that people know how skilled they are. Also, if I remember correctly, Keyblade Masters actually do get new powers (Like Xehanort's ability to transfer his heart into a new body).

    Not really,Sora and Riku could've unlocked the keyholes in the Realm of Sleep and get the new power without Yen Sid instructing them to do so.As for Master Xehanort he most likely got it with further training and I don't think it has anything to do with the Master Rank but more with the knowledge Xehanort found during his search for knowledge about Kingdom Hearts.
