Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee Announcement Trailer

Featured Replies

This probably gonna be one of the few Pokémon games I skip out on, mostly cause it’s a spin-off. And I’m not normally interested in those.

I have the sudden compulsion to buy a switch.

For real though, this looks like everything I've ever wanted from a pokemon game. Co-op mode, sweet, the GO connectivity, super sweet.

The pokeball plus? JUST TAKE MY SOUL NINTENDO I HAVE NO MONEY TO GIVE YOU.

I need to find a new job.....

Just saw this on Facebook! It's looks really cute!

Sad thing is, I don't have a Switch and Pokemon Go on the phone.

I don't know what to think. The GO connectivity and other things are nice, and a new version of Kanto might be good for newcomers who may want to play a version of the series' origins, but the lack of certain features are off-putting. I'll wait until I see more.

Yeah this game looks really interesting. I am definitely giving this game a chance once it comes out.

Well to be honest you don't need Pokemon Go to enjoy the game. The Pokemon Go stuff seems to be optional from the look of things.

If I got the Switch, that Eevee one is good as mine. Lol

Oh ok. I mean I still want to try it now that I have a really good phone, but Union X[Cross]… xD It does reminds me of the Poke Walker that comes with Pokémon Soul Silver and Heart Gold.

Definitely getting a Switch for the Eevee Version, Fire Emblem, and The World Ends With You Remix! Also, just to let everyone that this Pokemon Switch games is mostly remake of Pokemon Yellow. Plus, they already announced the new Core Pokemon game will be release on the Switch next year in 2019. The new Pokemon RPG 2019 game will be the next generation.

It's... nice. Nothing amazing, but it's a good bridge between Pokemon Go and the main titles. Looks good. We already know that a main game is coming next year, so I'm fine with this. I hope that they take their time with it, I want it to be good.

I might actually end up getting this if I have enough money... I've been wanting to get into Pokemon games for a while now, since I never got to play them as a kid (didn't have a nintendo console growing up). I watched the first pokemon series, so Kanto is pretty nostalgic to me.

However, I'm not super into the whole Pokemon GO connectivity thing... I guess it's nice for people who really like it, but I just hope they execute it so that you don't need it to fully enjoy this game. And another thing, I'm not too keen on the pokeball throwing feature, but that's a really minor thing.

Not making any decisions yet, but I'm definitely curious.

Nice trailer I expected better graphics but the rumors were true.

I might see if I'll buy a bundle if it will come or else the main game next year.

well its looks good but certain aspects disappoint me

It's nice to finally get a remake of Pokemon Yellow, and I love that they've included Eevee as an alternate starter, but I'm not a fan of the Pokemon GO aspects. I tried playing Pokemon GO, and I couldn't stand it. These games do look cool, but I'm not really interested. So it's exciting, but I'm also very disappointed that you basically have to play Pokemon GO to fully enjoy these games.

Yeah this is....kinda disappointing for me.  I'm glad they said another game will be coming soon though, if this had just been it for a while I would be pretty upset.  I was never a GO fan and this entire game, as well as the fact that it focuses on Gen 1 pokemon (Of course it does...) bothers me a lot.  And honestly I wish they would slow down with this series, the graphics look good but the over world and character models still have that chibi and almost mine craft like feel to it.

I'm a bit cautious on the Pokemon Go aspects myself, but I may get Let's Go Pikachu, vut I'll wait for more information before I make my final decision, and Serebii said this about the controls of catching Pokemon om handheld mode.:

-No online

-Wild encounters are not battles and force you to use the mechanics of Pokemon Go

-Kanto/only Gen 1 Pokemon

-Barely changes anything aside from forced GO mechanics

I'll pass on this, but if Gen 8 looks anything like this, I have no hopes for a groundbreaking Pokemon game...

actually the no online thing was a mistranslation

It looks cool. I’m cool with going to Kanto again because I never beat any of those games. The Pokémon Go part looks good as well. Too bad I cant play it on my phone. I need a new one.
