This whole "shipping" thing that's going on (or was going on) is annoying, no reason to make 80 bajillion threads about couple names and all that jazz. Have at it in the status', but come on man don't spam threads.

Yeah...I don't even understand what's going on.

One thread is okay imo. I think this was 4 or so threads which is meh. At least it didn't go too far.

  • Join the party on thinking random is boring
  • There is a difference in a running joke back in the day  that pointed out the fact that all mods were female that people still use as an excuse of "terms to become a moderator" and actually being sexist towards this idea of having both genders become moderators. Just because there isn't doesn't mean nobody has pushed for it either. Yes, there were comments about it being said, not this does not exclude males from becoming mods.

Please don't get mad and Please don't tell me off but honestly for some reason im starting to not like it here now.

I dunno this place is alot different from when I first joined and honestly Im afraid of posting here now because I'm afraid of causing misunderstanding and being ridiculed by other members. Basically im trying to avoid not doing the same mistakes that I did when I first joined.

Im sorry I felt that I need to say it and I apologize if I offend anyone by this.

It's alright, the site has changed a lot within the past few months. It's okay to get your feelings out, it's healthy to do so c:

Again, probably just a coincidence.  I think you're reading too deep into this, and there do seem to be more girls than guys around here.  I don't think the mods here are mostly women because they're excluding guys, just that the ones who've proven themselves mod material just so happened to be mainly girls.

Actually a poll from about a year or two ago that was rather interesting indicated that there are roughly 10% more guys than girls here. Which surprised me to be honest, I thought there would be significantly more girls.

If you up and decide to leave the site, then the best way to do it is not to make a thread stating your departure. Just leave. We'll figure it out eventually... if it's important to say goodbye, then send a private message to the people who matter most. But don't bring a heap of drama on the forum just so you have the satisfaction of a grand exit.

I think it's really really really really annoying when someone say/text "I don't care".

Obviously you do care because if you really don't care then you wouldn't have replied in the first place.

Most of the time people tend to Say it during a conversation because they can't think of anything else to say

I think there should be such a thing as menstrual leave. Kind of like maternity leave. During the duration of a woman's period, if the symptoms of the cycle take a huge physical or mental toll on us, by law, we should be allowed a few days off of work or school or whatever it is we do to occupy our time.

I'm just really tired and vexed by how society and the workplace dismiss and trivialize a serious medical issue and then forcing us to tough it out. And if we don't, we 're either considered a pussy or a bitch. For me, personally, it got so bad that my anxiety would go into overdrive and my cramps were so severe, I couldn't even walk. But nope, I'm still forced to do schoolwork.

I also think a menstrual leave would lessen the awful period jokes that tend to be made at the girl's/woman's expense whenever she's being "unpleasant" in someone else's eyes.

This law would also apply to trans*men, female bodied non binaries and intersex people.

I kind of agree.

Also so far this site is kind of getting dull these past few months. I am way less active than before since not many interesting scenarios are around.

School is ending so most people are busy with end of the year stuff and there we aren't expecting any big KH news or releases so yeah, things will be a bit slow but will pick up again in the summer.

Actually, on the subject of kh13's activity, here's something interesting.

You'll notice march was a big month on kh13 by these charts. 1.5 was released in March. No doubt when it comes outside of Japan the site will get a good amount of traffic again (if not more). As for an interest factor, that's up to the members and staff. If you want the site to be more interesting then you need to go for it. Think up some theories to get minds turning, come up with some (good) random threads. It won't naturally get more interesting.

this isnt really an opinion, more of a confession, is that ok?I usually want to try and forget the stuff I posted on here when I was starting out

like holy firetruck was I that rude and obnoxious and stuff oh my lord

people who use the xD face when talking seriously and or offensively both scare me and piss me off

hell, any sort of goofy or cutesy emoticon, for that matter

I can't stand Pokemon.

This might upset some people or seem directed at them, but i kind of hate how there's so many people who just come up to the "Post a picture of yourself thread" and go all "I'm so ugly", "here's an ugly picture of me", etc.Does it occur to anyone that if you keep calling yourself ugly it'll just make shit worse?I know some people are just trying to avoid being the whole "i'm so obsessed with my looks" kind of people, but, honestly, this isn't the way to do it >_>

Well, it's possible they legitimately don't consider themselves all that attractive, even if everyone else's opinions might not agree.  It's also possible they're just not photogenic or the picture in question, not necessarily the person, actually is ugly (though for the latter case, it makes me wonder why they chose to show a picture that isn't very flattering).  You kind of have a point, though.  I usually don't check that thread, but I have noticed there's a disproportionate amount of self-depreciation in there.  I personally take the middle ground and consider myself average, though I haven't posted there for privacy reasons.

Mmh, I'm with ya'll on this one. The case is different with everyone. In the end, nobody REALLY knows what's going through the other person's head. Some people have BDD and cannot help but feel badly about themselves - some aren't even aware that it exists. But I agree, I can't stand it when people do it. If you thought you took an ugly picture that's fine, everyone has a couple, but I can't stand when people call themselves in general ugly. Whether they have something like BDD or they're just looking for attention, you never really know. But I refuse to lie to people and call them "beautiful" if they can't think that way about themselves first. Not everyone has high self-esteem, heck I don't, but I always work on self-improvement. Idk, I know I sound rude and all but I feel like if people don't like where they are and do nothing about it then they shouldn't be complaining... And it sucks because everyone who's posted a picture of themselves in that forum is actually very attractive. (KH fanbase = attractive? Lol)

I agree with the ideology behind this, but I doubt work in practice. The symptoms are a monthly occurrence, and while they are not necessarily bad enough to stay home every time, there will be people who would abuse it. It would just be another thing to fake and be able to get out of work/school. Anyone can call in sick to work no matter if they're really ill, and just about anyone can go home from school with a fake stomachache. There would have to be a line drawn somewhere, but it can never be fair as people all have varied reactions to different amounts of pain. It won't stop jokes either; in fact they'll probably just happen more often, i.e. whenever a girl leaves for a day (or a few) and when they come back.

I can also guarantee there will be guys who will complain, as all they will see this as is a way for girls to get out of more work than boys get to. I don't think that way, and I believe you that the symptoms can and do get to the extreme severity you described, but no doubt there will be plenty who don't understand.

I hate when people are like "YO MAN SWAG FOSHIZZLE B*TCH ALL DA HOMIEZ IN DA HOOD." It vaporizes my brain, honestly

and mainstream pop music is just blah these days, too much autotune man.

I hate how some people feel really annoyed when somebody messes with them

but they feel like judging and criticizing every single person who walks by based on their appearance and presentation (or other physical traits)

and if you just kind of have that thought it's not bad

but expressing a negative thing to them out loud is stupid

Totally agree.

Haha! In my group of friends, we say things like that as a joke.

For example,

Going to eat a chocolate bar? YOLO.

Jumping through a foot-deep puddle of mud like an idiot in the rain? YOLO.

Everyone around me? RATCHET.

What do my friends call me? SIR SWAGALOT.

I don't know, I guess everywhere is different but here my friends (and even the cool kids) treat everything like "swag" and around it as a comedic tool. x3

That doesn't bother me , since you're making fun of it and all that jazz. But I mean the people that actually use it seriously (if that's even possible), when they do it's like..."Dude, wha? WHAT ARE YOU EVEN SAYING TO ME?"
