While having highly realistic graphics in games is good I like to see a good amount of some more cartoonic and less realistic games graphicwise too.

For some reason, realistic graphics turn me off.  I don't understand why.  Maybe it's 'cause I grew up in the 90s gaming era so all that gorgeous hyper realistic Call of Duty or whatnot don't appeal to me.  More cartoony games have more charm.  Instead of trying to replicate what is, the less realistic games replicate what could be and are more unique unto themselves, making them more memorable.  There's a reason the likes of Final Fantasy, Pokemon, and Mario have stuck around for so long.

realistic graphics creep me out

like whenever you have to look up close to some npc talking to you and their face just looks so dead

and you have to see the same face like 20 different times on 20 different characters

it creeps me out more than stylized games because its trying to be human but its not

I like all different types of graphics, which is why I love the Zelda series so much - they can go from classic-style ALttP, to cartoony Wind Waker to realistic Twilight Princess c: I like variety.

Same goes for music in this generation??

and no music back in the day was just as lewd and immature as music now??

True, but ehhh less music back then was immature I guess. I mean I'm a fan of quite a lot of old and new music so -shrugs- whatever.

People complaining about the new Xbox got tiring really fast. Basic marketing, people. Plant the seed and restrict information for a bigger event in the future. There's plenty of time for this and giving the information out all at once would be bad business practice. It builds hype. So shut up and be patient or switch to PC. Geez.

Though I'd drop in and let you know, Mozart wrote a song called Lick My Ass. So if you want to redefine immaturity in old music, there's that to think about.

Yeah, only we've got plenty of information to make a judgement. I don't think it's any restriction of information that's bugging people, it's the information we have.

Very true, and that's okay to a point. But the information given was mostly vague, not much was pure cut-and-dry information.

I like contemporary church services better than traditional. tbh traditional is really boring to me. We just stand there and sing funeral-sounding songs and it's just boring to me. In our church's contemporary service, the songs are upbeat and people are dancing and smiling and our pastor is really funny and it's just more enjoyable. I know a lot of people love the traditional but it just doesn't seem very uplifting to me.

Agreed. It's more important to put passion and feeling into what you're singing when you worship, I think. On a side note, that's why I like Christian Metal. Because they clearly put a lot of passion into what they're screaming when they write songs about God.

I think the media (in general) is full of crap and has a severe addiction to screwing around with people and feeding them lie after lie.

I think Obama is the funniest American president.

I mean

With that in mind. I think Obama is a bad president. Despite this, I think he's a great man.

PERSONALLY, I think video games with the common idea of beating the shit out of each other or shooting random people to complete missions is completely, fully, overwhelmingly stupid.

Added to that, despite the target audience being set to a certain age limit, kids play these games (I'm looking at you CoD) tell me how this doesnt influence them.

And on my plane, I dont see the point in punching ten people for the sake of entertainment. I'd rather play a game with a hundred million plot points or a game with two thousand spin offs.

I'm not telling FPS sucks in general but a few specific games and how a few parts of the younger generation react to it is disappointing.

I feel like people make too big deal of lyrics.

That is like 5-10 % of song. Lyrics shouldn't be reason to listen song/not to listen song

Personally lyrics go to that "Wow factory" for me and good lyrics are just nice little addition to song. I haven't liked one song JUST because of lyrics and neither have disliked

Though I joke about it (as I do with every new console) I don't hate the Xbox One. Having a 360 I think this was the wrong decision for Microsoft to go in for sure but since I don't have all the info on the console yet I can't hate it.

I honestly think that the people who complain about health care and food stamps and all that don't care about other people.  At all.

Pretty much.

As someone who was on food stamps for the first several years of their life, food stamps were a necessity to feed my family. I know people like to abuse the system, but getting rid of it will just damn those who actually NEED food stamps and health care.

Just cause somebody family buys then what they need and go to doctors for him/her/hir, does not make them spoiled.

There is no proof of god anywhere!! Another them a book that is just fulled of bullshit! I'm sorry if I'm offending anybody but to me it's just. . Bullshit.

Well there is no religion that has god(s) that can be proved to be real.

I kinda see it this way: "If you have proof of god's existence, he/she is not god"

Religion is based on faith, it doesn't need any scientific proof or some picture or statue of god you can praise to be able to believe (not sure if this makes any sense)

I hate when people assume that just because I like JRPGs makes me a complete xenophile who despises any Western-developed games.

What's a Xenophile?

And yeah I kinda agree, though I'm not a major JRPGer on a large scale.
