I'll make it quick: my name is Alex, I'm Italian, and a Kingdom Hearts fanboy (hence my nickname, that I use basically everywhere) since 2004. I first found out about the series in 2002, when the weekly Italian Mickey Mouse comic book made a 6-page special about the first game. Since I didn't own a Playstation2 back in the day, I went "meh". If I only knew... two years later, I met an otaku classmate, and we hit it off almost immediately by talking about Crash Bandicoot (and about how weird the ending to the Pinstripe Potoroo boss fight in that series' first game was, for those curious). Then he introduced me to the series by talking about Sephiroth, Ansem (Ansem SOD) and everything else, quickly making me more and more curious about it. Eventually, I bought Chain Of Memories (I DID own a GBA, thankfully), and, despite it being a sequel to the first game, I somehow managed to understand the story. Flash-forward to 2006, where I hoped to find a special offer PS2 as well as a copy of Kingdom Hearts II. I've been lucky enough to accomplish both that and to find the last copy of the first KH game where I expected it the least. Since then, I never missed a single entry in the series (Kingdom Hearts III will probably need a PS3, so that's gonna be a problem...), and KH3D is not going to be an exception (I'm a 3DS Ambassador if you're wondering).
I've followed the KH3D news on this site on a daily basis, and that, united to the forum comments' informality as well as a slightly misguided comment by Lizzie on the fourth page of the aforementioned update (that I'm going to answer as soon as I finish writing this one) convinced me to join the members' ranks.
Sadly, I have the tendency to disappear from forums after a while, but I hope this time it will be different. That's about all I could say about me in a nutshell, but if you're looking forward to know more about me, here's a link from my TvTropes page. You can blame it on me if you were planning to do anything else today but were sidetracked from that site - as the latter is known to be very, very addicting.
Hi there, folks! After weeks of lurking, I've finally decided to join the site (mostly thanks to the http://kh13.com/forum/topic/30595-kingdom-hearts-3d-set-for-july-27-2012-release-in-europe/ update, and to how ecstatic it made me)!
