    I don't usually buy guide books for a few reasons.

    1. I like to be self sufficient

    2. If I'm truly stump, I can use the internet

    3. I don't actually have money to waste on them

     

    My philosophy: The only time you really need a guide book is if you can log 200 hours into a game and still not have everything (pokemon cough cough), and even then there's always the internet.

    I might. It would be so much easier to look up something like command melding in a book instead of looking it up over and over and the web.

    I've already got it on preorder, along with the game. Part of me has a feeling that they may have a special AR card in the guide as well as tips for synthesizing Spirits. Plus it always has tips for boss fights and the locations of every chest.
