So which scene did you guys find in kh:ddd to be the saddest?

 

For me it was when Sora held Namine's hand and she turned into Xion, then he asked her who she was and a tear came out of his eye.

When Sora sees Roxas and tells him he deserves to be his own person. I think this is the first time we see that Sora actually cares about Roxas as his friend, and doesn't just see Roxas as his Nobody. And if the main character thinks Roxas should be his own person, than he probably will be, which fills me with tears of joy.

The scene when Sora was running to Riku and Kairi and they turned into Aqua and Terra and he into Ventus. Ventus' theme just made that scene much sadder than it should have been.

For some reason, the one in which Roxas, Ventus and Xion ask Riku questions also made me a bit sad.

It was hard for me to choose, because while playing that game I was just immensely overjoy and happy, because it was filled with so much awesome. I'll have to agree with the Roxas one, I feel really sad about it because in my opinion Roxas won't be able to exist if Ventus gets his heart back...

 

I guess I'm the only one that emotional near the end when Ven smiled...

DDD wasn't that sad of a game though, but yeah I think the saddest parts have to be either when Sora held Namine's hand and she turned into Xion and he started crying, or when he was chasing Riku and Kairi and they turned into Terra and Aqua and he into Ventus and Ven's theme started playing. Good stuff. The Roxas part didn't strike me as sad though, it just made me really happy, cause someone was finally treating Roxas as his own person, and it was awesome!!

 

Basically the whole time Sora was in TWTNW and all those cutscenes, those were all the sad parts haha

I think the Xion scene was sad and the part where everyone was staring at Sora as Riku was about to dive into his heartstation. That whole scene and music made me shed a tear bc it was so moving.

For me the saddest scene(of the few ones) was when XH confirmed that Terra is now his new vessel and mickey said he couldn't save his friends.

The scene with Namin

I don't know the one with Roxas plays his theme, which makes me really sad everytime I hear it. It's so sweet and soft, but still amazingly sad. Roxas's story is so sad, I'm kind crying right now just watching that cutscene again. And just how brokenhearted Sora feels after getting the memory transfer, and how much despair is in those memories.

Also the scene inside Monstro when Riku talks about his darkness, and his theme plays. His theme is probably the saddest song in all of KH.

For me it was when Sora saw a memory of Kairi and Riku in TWTNW, then all three of them transformed into Terra, Aqua and Ventus and when Sora tried to chase them as they walked away, but he could never reach them )':

Also, I'm man enough to admit this; I cried like a little bitch when the dream eaters showed up to help Riku. Like seriously, even more than when I cried during Roxas' cutscene. Cute things helping people they care about, it's also why I cry like the little girl I am during every. single. winnie the pooh movie. of all time.

Even though the scene where Sora is reunited with his Dream Eater friends in Traverse Town and back at C.O. you see Ven smiling from Sora's happiness isn't really sad, it always brings tears of joy to my eyes :')

For me it was the ending where Sora kept hugging Riku and I lost whatever respect I had for him...

Every scene that had Xion, Namine, Roxas, Ventus, terra, and MAster Aqua.
