It is just the HD remastered theater. At least the japan version is. Who knows they might give other countries the actual game redone. Though that would be the most extensive part of the remake. KH and RE:COM just have to be upscaled and remastered. Days would have to be completely rerendered for PS3 as it was formerly on a DS engine, which is fairly weak...

Hate to say it, but it will be theater mode. However certain scenes that are non cutscenes, will be made into cutscenes like that Xigbar sees Xion as Ven, or something.

Thanks, guys. Sucks, I guess. But I'm still excited nonetheless - it'd be refreshing to get some HD action for those beloved scenes ^^ I know I'm not alone in saying this but it'd be rad to get birth by sleep redone for the ps3 sometime in the future, wouldn't you say?

I feel like they are trying to go 2-3 more years before KHIII sadly. Have KH, Re:COM, and Days on the first HD Remix in 2013. Then release the PC browser game in late 2013 or 2014 depending on the 2-3 years thing. Then do another HD remix of KH2 and BBS on the PS4?? (Maybe Wii U as well as I suspect they are setting up for no more single console MAIN games.) and then in 2015, the long awaited KHIII on PS4 and Wii U. (Maybe even 360 seeing as they are doing a PC game so Microsoft is involved.)

I just hope my ps3 will last till then I got it like 5 years ago lol

Im right there with you. I would hate for it to take that long. But with still no news of FF Versus XIII (still on or discarded) we can only assume it's gonna be awhile before KHIII. Because KHIII isnt gonna happen until thats done... Now here is my take on that. FF XIII-3 (lightning) was announced recently. It comes out next year. XII-2 came out this year and was announced last year and similarly XIII came out last year and was announced 2 years ago. It can be assumed that Versus XIII will be announced next year if it is still on and come out in 2014, setting KHIII up for announcement in 2014 and release 2015.

I'm definately getting it, just as long as it's released in Europe!!
