Which gaming system(s) did you grow up on?

Posted

My first system I started playing was the NES. Shortly after that we moved onto the SNES. That's were most of my childhood was spent. The Playstation was another system I played a lot when I was young.

I grew up on GBA, Snes and PS2. Mainly PS2 xD

I'm grew up on Playstation 1,the zygote of the Sony gaming system....

Mainly the PS1, PS2, and GC, but also had fun with the GBA!

NES was the first system I ever played, but I have to say most of my fondest memories were on the SNES, PS and N64. I remember playing Tetris Attack on SNES with my Mom and Dad, and trying to solve puzzles with them and my sisters on the Lemmings. Also, four way battle on The New Tetris on N64. I have to go back to the SNES for the best stuff though. Cant beat watching your Dad play DK and going behind him and trying to do as good as he did. Tetris Attack has to be my favorite game of all time though thanks to all the memories it brought. SNES ftw.

A PS1, PS2, and Gamecube. That's where my memories rest.

I'd have to say Genesis, probably was the first console I ever played. Also grew up with a Dreamcast, PS1, SNES, N64, GBA, Saturn, GC, and PS2 xD

I still have all of these today :DD

The first console I ever remember playing was the N64, with Mario64 (I acc remember accidentally deleting my mums file...), Ocarina of Time, James Bond 64, 1080 and banjo kazooie.  I woulda been about 5.

We got a PS2 when it came out, and it's been rebought twice (broke, dad moved out and gave us his one, and thats been trailed across the floor cause my cousins kept walking into the wire when I was trying to play, and then my ex bought me another one around 6 years ago)

I remember playing some games on the PS1 in my friends house,  but cause we had a N64 my parents didn't buy a PS1.

PS1, N64... Crash Bash and Perfect Dark n Goldeneye were truly the best way to spend a lotta time back then :P

NES and SNES like a boss. Then mega drive which was the shitttt and the first game boy, god so big like my--never mind

Nothing beats the 90' years.

Wow, I forgot all about my Genesis X_____x I used to play it quite a bit too. But Im always a Nintendo gal at heart.

I started with the Sega Dreamcast and spent most of my time playing Sonic Adventures 2 and Skies of Arcadia. mostly because they're awesome, but also because not long after getting a dreamcast the games and system were discontinued. then i moved onto gamecube and ps2. i played the shit out of some ps2~

I remember being 6yrs old and asking for a gba for Christmas and getting it. I feel so old!

Next I got the original DS, and I've mainly used the DS and it's successors since then. I got a ps2 after playing kh at a friends house and hit having to have it!

The Computer, N64, and Gameboy were my first systems.

NES and after my mother accidentally kicked it into pieces a SNES... And then after someone who borrowed the SNES and never gave it back a N64 and PS1 (at my cousins house)

NES and Playstation. I miss my Playstation the most :/

I did play a bit of the Sega Saturn, but it wasn't that good.

First I got a gbc and played pokemon,

gba more pokemon games and other games, too,

later a PS2, when we were at my cousins' house my sisters and I played Eye toy with them and my parents were so happy that they finally had found a way to make us get some exercise so they bought a PS2 for us. Later on we got more controller games rather than other eye toy games,

and ds which belongs to my mom. She wanted one for Dr. Kawashima's brain training but we were also allowed to use it and in the end I played a lot of Zelda.

I watched my bro play on the NES, but I didn't start my gaming career until the SNES.  Then there was the Playstation and the Dreamcast, and the PS2 after I got older.  I blame these consoles for my utter failure in school.

I... I'm sure i didn't grow up on any system ._. I mean, I would've crushes it, I grow heavy y'know

But I'm pretty sure the NES, SNES and GBA made my childhood

I played on a SNES, then got a N64 when it came out.  I was pretty much Nintendo all the way till a few years ago.  That's when I got my *first* Playstation system.  My uncle was the one who got me hooked on gaming when I was little, and he was primarily a Nintendo fan.

Old school! PS1 NES and Game Boy!

Well, my first system was a Genesis (its really my dad's). But the ones I grew up with were PS1/2, GameCube, and Game Boy Advance.

The first system I remember playing on was the GBA, playing Pokemon Ruby. Then the Game Cube, getting beaten in Super Smash Brothers Melee was basically my childhood. xD

I loved playing the PS1, GBC, and GBA while growing up.

The PS1 still works, but the GBC and GBA died D:
