For me - when people call most of the games side games.  Each game, even Codded, has a main part of the story.

I hate that there's such a big amount of RPG's... Not that RPG's are bad, I like them too, but I think it's not necessary to make a WHOLE Forum just for an RPG... German Discussion Forums are dying because of the 10 to 14 year old "fans" who doesn't want to discuss anything, instead writing nonsense about things that are the most stupid things I've ever seen in my VERY young life .... >_> sry, this just bugs me ...

1.  All the shipping based on no fact.  My friend asked me how many people were shipped in this game and I was listing them for 5 minutes.  Reading into innocent things like a hug, or just looking at someone and going "OMG HE WANTS TO *touch* HIM" .  

2. People complaining "God, the storys so confusing I don't get anything" when they haven't played all the games, and if that's due to not affording it there's always the internet, lets plays and the khwiki to follow the story.

3. Saying they hate the bridge games/handheld games when they haven't even played them, and simply only hating them cause they can't play them.  

 

 

Mainly it's the shipping, to the point of actually arguing with you over the pairings.  I met someone who kept going on and on at me that Roxas and Axel are meant to be together (this was before Days too) and Disney diluted the homosexuality.  

I hate it when they(YOU MAYBE!?) complain they don't get a certain item that Japn's ONLY getting...

They got Final mix, final mix 2, trinity box?, Limited edition GBA, Limited edition PSP, KH2 slip case, Limited Edition DSI, Limited Edition 3DS, Platnium edition, an even a 10 annivarsary edition..

But we got A Silver PSP, Postcards, and a MoM edition

Every damn "favourite Organization member" pole has Axel at the top.

I like Axel/Lea except for killing Vexen and Zexion, but it's annoying when some fans argue that he's the best. There is no "best" member.

I don't mind that you like a certain character, but just don't go around saying all the other members suck, are ugly, boring, etc.

 

If I sound unhappy, I'm not... Really.  ^_^

And we in Europe didn't get anything, except ONCE a release a few days before America...  I agree I don't see a point though in complaining over FM content, they wouldn't have made them if it wasn't for EU and NA regions adding extra content, then they add that and even more so it actually makes them worth buying instead of Japanese people just importing the EU/NA versions.

Just everyone insisting on the whole AkuRoku thing. No problem with people liking it obviously (I like Zemyx ), but no-one seems to respect guys can just have great friendships anymore. Soriku kinda irritates me as well. I've no problem with either of the pairings, it's just how much people try and insist they're actually canon, when they're not.

People complaining about KH fandom.

The whiners. The world has enough whine to bring whole nations to their knees.

I hate when fans come on here and make threads about how they can't beat a boss and cry about it till they rage quit the whole series then come back the VERY NEXT DAY to do it again with something else they can't manage to do Drama queens

Those people should know that's what STATUS UPDATES are for.

 

 

 

 

 

 

(*)Freaking yaoi. It is very annoying, when you're looking for a good fan fic, to see that, like, six out of seven are yaois and every once in a while you're at risk of finding one that reads like a perverted porn book. Seriously.

(*)Xion's haters who justify their hate over her messing with their beloved AkuRoku. Infantile people who can't accept the fact that their loving pairing may not be possible.

(*)People who hate all female characters. Especially when they are girls themselves. So, by saying you hate all female characters, does it mean you hate yourself? Because none of us would have been born into this world hadn't it been for a female. O_o Unless they're aliens or something.

(*)"Oh, Ventus is just a Roxas clone who acts like a brainless friendship freak."

(*)"Too bad Aqua's a girl (Me:WTF?), maybe if she had been a guy she would have been smarter and she wouldn't have saved Terra-Xehanort and created Castle Oblivion." Are this people for real?!

yaoi... yaoi everywhere

People that complain about everything. Sometimes it is upseting that KH3 hasn't come out yet, but I never made a thread about it, because eveyone feels this way. And it's not killing anyone, we have many games coming out, and they're all good. Some have their flaws, but it's not anything worth making a thread! They make so many, that it bother me, but doesn't make me lose my mind.

And yaoi, some people make some that really has no sense (Demyx and Zexion??? for instance), and others don't understand what "friendship" means...

Every year since 2009! And what bugs me the most besides the side game crap is that people keep whining on how confusing the story is and how each game is pointless and unrelated. If you pay enough attention to the story line, you would know that it is coherent and heavily interconnected

I should have said 2007 as thats when Re:COM was realsed in Japan and it  was released a year later in North America

I'll be honest, I don't like the fact that we don't have the FM's yet, but I've learned to deal with it.  Chances are that we'll have them in the HD Remixes, so that should be nice

There's a few things:

1.  All the "Where's KH3? We want KH3! Enough with the spin-offs!" crap.  I don't even consider these people really part of the fandom, they're usually the people who are still confused by the whole Roxas-Ventus thing.  It makes me cringe every time I see someone using "spin-off" incorrectly in regards to KH. Seriously, it's probably the thing that ticks me off the most. They're dismissing the entire story that has developed over those games as unimportant. >

2.  All the hate on characters who've done nothing to truly deserve it.  Like the Kairi's usless stuff, and Xion shouldn't have been created stuff.

3.  yaoi.......... *shudders* All the excessive pairing in general is ridiculous. I can't think of many people who aren't paired. I've even seen entire GMVs made pairing Terra and Cinderella. Really, there's AkuRoku, Soriku, Roxiri, Roxion, Namora, SoKai, Namiku, SoXion, RokuNami, there's a freakin' Kairi and Namine pairing... Seriously. WHY. The only pairing I would consider cannon is SoKai. How are there 380235157927315 pairings?

Ikr? I think that's what fuels some amount of the hate for Xion and Kairi T_T I'd put money on some of them being AkuRoku and Soriku fans. It's a little annoying to  run across that stuff on Deviantart when I'm trying to find some cute friendship-y pictures. >__>

no offense to Xbox fans, but I get really confused and annoyed by the people who go on Kingdom Hearts's facebook statuses and are like, "hurr we wantt kh 4 xb0x!!!" Tell me: WHEN HAS Kingdom Hearts EVER IMPLIED THAT IT WOULD GO TO XBOX?! I mean, really? I mean, I can understand being disappointed that it's not multiplatform, that's fine. But why do people act like XBox has any reason to be a system to play a KH game on? 

 

Also, the people who are like, "I BOUGHT A PS3 JUST TO PLAY KH3 WHERE IS IT". Come on, seriously? When did Square Enix ever confirm or even imply that it's gonna be for PS3? How dumb do you have to be to buy a system for a game that's not even confirmed to be for that system? Now, I think we all hope a little bit that it might be for the PS3, but going and complaining on KH's page about it is gonna do NOTHING. 

 

Sorry for the rant, these things legitimately tick me off sometimes. 

Every fangirs bugs Sora's and Riku's shorts. This bugs me.

The people who complain about all the yaoi pairings but never the het pairings.  I think the yaoi sucks, too, and I hate how it's the majority among fanfic circles and beyond, but it seems like they give a pass to all the straight pairings simply for the fact they're straight.  They'll initially appear to hold my views in that the pairings spit in the face of KH's main theme of friendship, but the pairings they have in mind usually seem to be of the yaoi sort.  They complain "Why can't two guys just be friends anymore?" but never "Why can't two people be friends anymore?"  Because the straight pairings are canon, or closer to canon?  They'll support Roxas/Namine or Roxas/Xion or Terra/Aqua, but they'll dismiss Roxas/Axel or Sora/Riku (the latter having a dynamic given much more attention than Sora/Kairi) solely on the basis that they're gay.  It's fine if it's not your thing.  It's not my thing, either, but guess what guys?  The basis for SoKai orRokuNami or RokuShi makes as much sense as AkuRoku or SoRiku.

 

It's a double standard a lot of people have, and what I had at one point as well until I realized the basis for yaoi pairings can be just as stupid as het pairings.  It's hard to believe but not every shipper thinks their ship is canon, or even wants it to be canon.  There are plenty of SoRiku fans who acknowledge SoKai is canon, but simply prefer SoRiku for various reasons, like having a taste for sweaty buttsex.  They'll emphasize the importance of Brotherly Love (which I wish there was more of) between Sora and Riku, and Roxas and Axel, and Terra and Ventus, but RokuNami, RokuShi, or Terra/Aqua?  They must be a couple!  Even though none of those pairings have any romantic basis, and where they get the idea for the het pairings from comes from the same place other people get the idea for the yaoi pairings.  Why not brother-sisterly love between Roxas, Xion, and Namine, or Terra and Aqua?  Het and yaoi follow the exact same principle, but because one or the other isn't their thing, they'll automatically dismiss it with the aforementioned double standard.

Haha, it's the exact opposite for me.  I hated Mickey, Donald, and Goofy until they started kicking ass in KH, and dismissed the Disney crossover in general until I actually played the game.  We take KH seriously because we (well, some of us) think the Disney side is a novelty--wouldn't KH just be another generic game with animu and FF characters without the Disney?  We also take it seriously because there's a lot more to KH than Disney and we don't think it detracts from the other things we think are cool and interesting.  If anything, we think it enhances things, gives KH a unique flavor.

Things I hate...

People who think KH3 will cure cancer and is "taking too long." I'd rather play more great games than see the end honestly. The story has already been moving forward people.

When they paint DiZ and Eraqus as worse than Xemnas and MX.

 

With unrepentant repeat offenders like the latter two around, how can you not develop jerkass vigilante tendencies at some point?

When people say Vanitas is badass/ a good villain/ competent.

 

When people try to say that they're on the side of Darkness, not because they actually approve of any of the themes or symbolisms of Darkness, but because they want to pretend that they're badass.

 

When people drink Xehanort's Koolaid and take his word for the gospel.

 

When people rag on Donald and Goofy for the sole reason that they're not "cool," and fail to understand what they bring into the story.

 

When people ask for Vincent Valentine.

 

When people think that Terra, Ven, Riku, and Aqua are somehow more of a hero than Sora.

People who always say when is KH3 is coming and think that the series should be in multi-plaform.
