Ever wonder what happened to Sora's parents? Kairi's? Riku's? In the first game we hear Sora's mom say, "Sora! Dinner's ready! Sora?" Later, Sora dissappeared. The world fell to darkness. But what happened to his parents? Did they cease to exist while the world was consumed in darkness? Did they forget they even had a son?

This wondering came to me when I was sleeping.

They're model examples for how one should act towards their families. cB

 

We should all learn from their stellar examples !!

Another question, why doesn't Sora remember his parents? Why doesn't he miss them. I realize it isn't pertininent to the overall story. But I don't know anyone who wouldn't miss there parents after being whisked away and not being able to see them for a year (or two).

 

The game is about friends, not parents. Thats why. lol

In Twilight Town, you can see the city, not the ocean.

Um, yeah, I did. You can see the city in Twilight Town, there is no ocean in it.

Destiny Islands and Twilight Town are more likely then not the same world, because of KHII. Sora most likely lived in Twilight Town but forgot about it because it changed over the 2 years he was gone.

 

That or his parents are dead. (Batman can relate)

On a side note with Sora gone half the time they have plenty of time to make dem babies without interuption, you know how kids like to barge in . I wonder how Sora would feel if he came home to a brother or sister named Sora (cough cough replaced).

Sora was on Destiny Islands after KHII for most likely a few days and then took off to Yen Sid's crib. By the time KHIII begins, it could be two years. You neve rknow

 

My other theory of his parents dead also comes into play about how they never found him in Twilight Town or the Islands.

 

No, Sora was gone for over one year and stayed in island for at least enough time to turn into 16 years old.

Well why stay home and eat dinner while you could just save a few worlds!

Dolan i think the reason you think Twilight town and destiny islands are connected is because when axel roxas and xion plan to go to the beach they go to D.I.

But, when you see kairi in kh2 you'll notice how different her island looks from twilight town.

So if twilight town and destiny islands are in the same world then they're probably separated by a very long distance.

What do you think Sora's parents would look like? Have they ever been mentioned in the games? I think they would be awesome. Sora's dad would probably have some epic hair and be really brave, and his mom would be sweet and kind. They would make awesome parents. What do you think?

Well Sora was adopted, so the people on destiny islands were not his parents.

Sora's mom was mentioned in KH1, and his dad was mentioned in BBS.

Mom: Sora, where have you been young man? I've been worried sick about you. You didn't finish your broccoli I made you.

 

Sora: But mom I had to go save the universe from an evil villian bent on swallowing the worlds in darkness.

 

Mom: No buts young man. You're grounded for a year. ANd gimmie this toy I'm going to sell it on ebay because you've been BAD!!

 

Sora: B-b-but moooooooom

 

Mom: Go to your room!!!

I don't know that we will see them. If we do I guess Sora's father would have spiky hair. And the mother.....would look like a generic square-enix mother.

Soras' parents: Awesome (given his upbeat happy personality.) In BBS Riku mentions his dad took them out on the little island on his boat. What kind of a dad takes his kid & his best friend out to awesome adventurous places like that? An awesome dad.

 

Rikus' parents: Uptight, overachievers (the kind that schedules homework/tutoring/karate lessons/tuba practice/soccer practice/whatever every night after school.) Also probably the type of parents that are always working & never home.

 

Kairi: Since it's mentioned that the Mayor of DI adopted her, there's most likely a lot of money in that household so she probably gets whatever she wants.

Sora was an asexual offspring of Master Xehanort. That's why MX knows so much about a boy 10 years in the future.
