We all know how Square likes to make final mix versions of the main games.

Do you guys think there will be a final mix?

If they do, that would be seriously jacked up...I mean really...but I think they could utilize downloadable content...but then agqain..downloadable content only access things that are already present in the game.

What do you guys think?

There could be one, there could not. It can really go either way depending on how kh3 is done. We'll have to see

Most likely. After all, the three main games got FM, so I don't see why KH3 would't have a FM.

Can we at least get to KH3 before we start talking about Final Mixes. xD

Thank you xD

I don't know. KH 3 final mix would mean a secret boss probably, so a new enemy and I'm not sure SE will be ready to announce a new KH straight away after the 3.

Its highly possibru. Final Mix would have a secret boss of the next saga.

If KH3 is released on the PS3 exclusively, I could see a Final Mix version being released on the PS4.

Mmh... don't you think SE would like to take a break from the series for a while? I mean, put a secret boss would mean lay the foundation for a new saga and we know SE, they're slower than a slug and I think they would prefer to work without any pressure, as it's happening now.

Things can happen from KH3D's release to KH3's release. Nomura can have a lot of ideas or he can get writers block. It'd be pretty pointless to release Final Mix and not have a teaser. Its not like the secret boss will be the final product.

They would just release any new content as DLC. Keep in mind though, Kingdom Hearts III will most likely be for the PlayStation 4.

I thought SE didn't like DLC...or maybe they changed they're mind. not sure where I heard that -_- anyways there probably will be one. So far I believe all the main games have had Final Mixes. It'll most likely have a secret boss that is related the the next saga. I'm wondering if Final Mixes for future KH games will now be released outside of Japan since all the HD ReMIXs will have them...

Definitely. They did so with the number titles so far. They won't mess up and not do it with the third number title.

Im 100% sure that KH3 will have an FM version. I mean, its kinda obvious now thanks to 1.5 that KH III will defintely be on a Playstation Console(PS3 or PS4). And all of the past titles that have been on Playstation consoles(I.E. BBS, KH1 and KH2) have gotten FM versions, while the other side games haven't.(Re:COM doesn't count since its a remake, the first version did not come out on a Playstation)

So im sure they'll be an FM version. Hopefully they release it as DLC so we don't have t obuy a whole new game for the extra stuff.

From what I understand there are two kinds of DLC, Disc-Locked DLC and True DLC. People hate Disc-Locked DLC with a passion. I belive True DLC gives you access to things not present in the games original code. Anyway I agree that there should be no more Final Mix KH games or International FFs and instead just have all FM/International content as DLC

You're all going to hate me for this, but, should the Drive Forms return, I'd kinda want DLC Drive forms.

There will probably be a Final Mix of Kingdom Hearts 3, but I have to correct you in one regard.  Not all the main KH games have a Final Mix version, such as is the case with KH3D.  It is considered a main game, one that ties in with Kingdom Hearts 3, but Nomura decided not to make a Final Mix of KH3D.  But other than that, I say heck to the yeah, let there be a KH3 Final Mix!

  • 1 year later...

All I know, is if they keep the final mix in Japan only again, I'm gonna be really mad.

  • 4 weeks later...

They should since It's not going to be the end  of the kingdom hearts games.

better yet, they could include everything that should be in KH3 in KH3 as opposed to needing a FM

I thought we were past the idea of a KHIIIFM. We don't need another re-release that's the same price. And don't forget the poor, poor Moogles.

If they do I would hope they would just make DLCs for it. Now that there is the technology for it
