Us. No matter how epic the game is we, the fans, will be so over-hyped that it could never possibly live up to our expectations. I think Kingdom Hearts 3 is going to be awesome just like Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2. But I don't think Nomura is going to show Sora and Kissing in Kingdom Hearts 3. If Disney will allow him too than that will be okay.

that's so true, i try to distance myself from games i don't have yet, so my hopes don't cloud my judgment, but yeah that is very much possible

I agree, lots of people have been demanding this since KH2 came out, boycotting the other handheld games even because they are waiting for their KH3, it will undoubtedly be disappointing to even the most generous fans (in terms of reviewing).  

 

I doubt we'll see Sora and Kairi kiss simply because romantic development hasn't been really the first thought with kh games, it more about the driving force of friendship.  It could happen but I wouldn't pin hopes on it happening. 

Poor TV.I personally have been trying my best not to hype KHIII at all. After all, I did that with KH II and ended up not liking it after a play through and a half.

Just about every Disney movie from the Golden Age and the Renaissance ends with a kiss. And I think the game will be awesome too, I just don't think the fans will appreciate it as much as it will deserve.

Each Kingdom Hearts game, barring Days, has FAR surpassed my hype when I actually played them!  Even ReCoded (my hype was low, but its awesome gameplay bounced that title up high).

 

I expect it to be fantastic, and considering their track record, its a 99.99999999% chance that it will be

I am worried about this too. But I try to stay optimistic. I do wonder if it will be any different though, because this is the most I have ever discussed kingdom hearts before. Every game I went into blindly but with all the theories and ideas people are tossing around, it kind of takes away the surprise of it (for me at least)

So don't get too hyped and when the game comes out it will be even more awesome!

I want a SoraxRiku kiss. Even if its just accidental, I would love it so much. (never gonna happen) DX

It depends on each player. I think it'll be hard for everybody (even the hyped up fans) to hate it. You see, even the handheld games have had success because of their gameplay, story and everything else. I really think KHIII will be a success because many factors like:New Worlds, Amazing Graphics, it's the end of the Xehanort Saga, It's the next numbered title and also the story has been somehow closed in 3D, giving no great speculation aside from who are the Guardians and who are the Seekers but no plot points or anything else has been deeply discussed.

I personally will stay away from news or anything else (yeah right! ) so it will be a surprise, i mean, i've been doing this since 358/2 Days and I can say it really helps you, but like I said it depends on everyone's thougths.

 

As for a Kiss between Sora and Kairi I've noticed something, well... call it foreshadowing. In every KH numbered game (the ones showing the ending of every world) there's only one kiss in one of those cinematics. In Kingdom Hearts there was Aladdin and Jasmine, in Kingdom Hearts II there was Ariel and Eric so my thoughts are the final FINAL kiss will be Sora and Riku... but this is just conjecture...

I've always been hyped for KH games though. And for the most part, they all turn out to be excellent. I guess I just never expect anything unrealistic to happen.

Maybe it just depends on the person.

If you thought people were going to agree with you, you're gunna have a bad time. Shun the non-believer! lol, jk, we're all entitled to our opinion, but KH never fails to amaze me. 

Sora and Aqua will kiss.

My expectations aren't too high... I expect it to be like KH2 with a bit of influence from BBS, 3D and maybe FFXV. (that's just for the gameplay. I have theories but no expectations storywise)
