I dont really think they would to be honest, since they're going to be busy bringing back the BBS trio, finding the key to return hearts and stopping Xehanort. Unless they end up needing them because they're the warriors of light or something. That would be a big plot twist.

They are definitely going to come back. They are their own people, with hearts, so they deserve to exist as much as anyone else.

They hinted at Xion, so I think it's possible. (I don't remember if they hinted specifically the other two or not)

Exactly! It wouldn't make sense either since he basically is Ventus reincarnated. He possessed Ventus's heart and the proof of that is him showing anger and sorrow.
