I finished watching Attack on Titan recently, it is the first anime I have properly sat down and watched and this moment really stuck out to me, the whole that no one died in vain and the symbolism of the light shining through the gate as it gets sealed just really stuck with me, many of the reasons of why I (and many others) love this show.

 

What are yours? I haven't vastly covered anything since there are many shows which have moments which I love, but this one has stuck with me more recently.

Not part 2 of the series...that shit sucked

firetruck Near...he didn't do shit...all his henchmen did the work and he claimed the credit

And it was firetrucking stupid how Light messed up...he never would mess up like that

And it was firetrucking annoying just how bad part 2 was

Rushed up piece of shit...the creator shouldn't have rushed it if he were to really make a part 2...i bet he wanted to end it after part 1 but then he got pressured by his editors to continue it longer

In fact the only good moment in part 2 is when 

ryuk kills light but not in the Anime that was far too graceful for someone like Light...but it would have been better if Ryuk killed him after Part 1 just after that incident happens

 

 

 

Oh and also another great moment...but please don't watch it if you don't want spoilers cuz it's the ending of Monster

That tends to be how most criminal masterminds get caught, One silly mistake then it's all over. It was more Mikami's mistake than Light's anyway.

Nope. Wrong again. If anything it was purposefully dragged out a little longer because the author wanted it to have exactly 108 chapters (research is your friend).

It would have been silly if Ryuk did it at the end of part 1 since he wanted to see the new world Light would create, so yah no sense to be made there.

Cuz he limited the chapters he could do

 

That's why Monster is a better manga then Death Note...cuz Urusawa didn't firetruck around limiting chapter numbers...he knew when to end it and didn't impose a number on himself...and he knew better than Ohba who pretty much had Light surrounded the whole time in Part 2 which made for such a boring season

 

Should have ended it in Part 1 dammit

He didn't...only good thing he did that was useful were the phone-calls with Light but that's it

The others didn't recieve credit at all for catching Light...when Aizawa was the most important cuz let's face it...if his comrades hadn't suspected Light Near would have never catched him

It has happened before in real life where without evidence people were jailed...don't give me that shit unless you're incredibly naive and think that innocent people have never been jailed

Still season 2 was really bad...most people hate it...even critics hate it...i understand if you like it cuz for everything there's somebody that will like something no matter what

 

You can take your leave too cuz Monster is a better manga then Death Note overalll(tho i like Death Note Part 1 more than Monster but Part 2 brings it down)
