There's no news on Kingdom Hearts III at all because it's so early in development. We aren't even getting news on FINAL FANTASY XV, so don't expect any for Kingdom Hearts III.

Riku needs to regrow back his fabulous hair again before he can be revealed, so in the mean time we wait.

Riku's role is just as huge as Sora's by this point. I believe we should have news on the whole Trio by E3 2014 though.

Not really. She's a Rikuholic, which is totally acceptable in every way possible. I complete understand DawnStar's need for KH3 Riku news. I have a need for Nomura's confirmation on the full trio being playable, which he's been contemplating since it was brought up at E3.

I didn't say she's weird at all as I myself can be a fanboy of certain characters,I'm just saying that whatever news we get can't be only about Riku as Nomura reveals more details than just that

She wasn't exactly stating that though. Everyone knows Nomura details more than one thing in his reveals, but she'd just like some Riku in her news. Maybe appearance more than anything.

I thought Nomura already said Riku and Mickey were gonna search for past Keyblade Wielders though o.o

We will not see any news about KH3 until E3, if we are lucky we will see something about KH3 a month or two before E3

 

Riku is in the game and he will be on a journey with King Mickey to look for pervious Keyblade wielders

 

Nomura said in a interview that he is looking for a way to bring the Riku, Kairi and King Mickey into being playable characters in the game

 

I could have sworn that when the D23 gameplay footage come out, that somebody in the interview said that we will see  gameplay footage of Riku,Roxas, and Ventus in the next gameplay trailer of KH3

I think I read one of those interviews that Nomura said that, Riku and King Mickey are looking for other Keyblade wielders. As far Riku's appearance is concerned, it might happen later on I guess when they make a trailer of 3. Right now, its still in progress.

 

But I'm with you as far what Riku would look like with the new graphics and all. 

What more information can you expect..

He will probably be playable as he and Mickey are going separately.

I'm curious espesally now about his story.

 

I hope he'll be a happier guy this game around, like my dolly is! Oh well, the long wait leads to more time to daydream and imagion! And, maybe, finally have some adorable dreams about the guy. I deserve it for being such a good girl this year anyways.

I hate to sound rude. But yes, we DO KNOW he'll be in them. It was already CONFIRMED by Nomura that he's returning. AND his role/mission in the game.

 

And even if he didn't confirm it, we'd still know because it's so obvious we wouldn't even need confirmation. That would be almost like saying "we don't know if Sora is returning!"...

 

But I agree, we need more damn Riku info. Unfortunately, at the earliest we'll hear something is probably E3 2014...

Also some Kairi info would be nice...she only showed in like two of the non-numbered titles leading to Kh 3 (3D, and in BBS). I hope both her and Riku got new clothes. Maybe Kairi could do thing with her hair too, not that it's bad the way it is.
