Nomura said after BbS was released that he asked about it and Disney doesn't want them digitally distributed, despite the fact that there are tons of Disney Interactive games available for download. Caity 3,946 Posted December 30, 2013 KH2.5 (and 1.5) are for now PS3 exclusive. I think most likely closer to the time of KH3's release they may release PSN versions of them so people with a PS4 can "prepare" by playing through the story again just before, or to milk money from fans who already have it but want it on the PS4/all games on one console. I can't see it coming out a week after considering there's been no mention of 1.5 going on the PSN and the PS4 has been out a while now and December/November would have been a great time to release it on the PSN for the PS4 cause people would have got it as a Xmas present and on launch. The aforementioned way above also gives more opportunity to milk money, whereas people would just put off getting a hard disc copy for the PSN copy, that way they may just end up buying both.
