    • Yup... With them, I didn't really need many friends.

Mostly pokemon when i was losing interest in it at age 14.....lots of drama and nightmares i didn't really need lol even if it was only for like a month and never really faised my opinion in the series that much.

.....

Actually, maybe sonic, too. I feel part of why that whole peta thing got to me so much was my obsession with the sonic games......maybe o_o;;;

But, again, apperently, didn't really faise my good opinions on the games. Sonic has awesome characters, anyways~

:P

I'm not nearly as big a gamer these days (busy with class and other things I want to do), but a significant number of my childhood problems stemmed from playing video games instead of

1: learning to socialize with most of my peers, and getting basic people skills and maturity that really would've come in handy

2: studying and going beyond the bare minimum, a habit that took great effort to unlearn later in life, and

3: obtaining other interests so my fellow students wouldn't tease me for being such a degenerate who can't talk about anything other than Sonic or Final Fantasy

And seeing as how my parents at the time were more inclined to nag/do nothing instead of actually parenting, video games just happened to be the catalyst that had made me such an incompetent blob.

The Halo series

I used to love this series until my brothers got addicted to it and Halo took them away from me in terms of gaming

All of what they think about is Halo and they measure everything they play by how Halo-esque the game they play and they used to mock me for playing Final Fantasy,Pokemon,Mario.....etc

And the worst part about it is....when we play an offline multiplayer match they set it on over 300 points with some multiplyers but one match with them takes THREE FREAKIN HOURS!!!! And you can imagine how bored I got

They stopped playing with me for a while because I wasn't as skilled as they were in that stupid series .....until their Xbox Live Gold subscribtion expired and they didn't havce enough money to renew it.....then they came back to play Mario Kart and Smash Bros with me after THREE YEARS FOR THEM WITH NOTHING BUT HALO STANDING BETWEEN ME AND THEM

video games have made me so happy in life but i cant deny how much time i spent on them over more important things. but over all video games have made me who i am today and i really dont think i could be "me" without them. they have brought a lot more good into my life than bad.

Kingdom hearts brought me to this site which is a problem... jk (partly)

Besides staying up all night on some weekends, no I don't think games have brought me any problems.

Well I mean, I have lost a few friends over Monopoly, but that's a different story.
