This is too hard a question. Don't make me choose! If I have to, though, probably Roxas' theme and/or Xion's. Apparently I just love the songs that make me want to rip my heart out in despair...

Rage Awakened in general.  It has such an intensity no other theme/song has.  I feel a sensation that just pumps me up and gets me moving.  The fights it's used for just make it all the better.

But I can't take it seriously anymore, because I listened too hard, and I started to hear things like "terraforming all the ponies" and now that's all I can hear. 

I have a theory about why they would want to terraform ponies, but that's a story for another day.
