So in the end? Do you think that Isa will stay on that dark side or will he help Sora and/or Lea defeating Xehanort?

Considering he has been Nortified, I'm guessing we will have a battle between him and Axel sometime. As much as I'd like to have Saix coming to his former senses by the final battle, I'm pretty sure he will be a boss and we'll get a sobby death scene maybe. 

i dont really care much about saix/isa, but i think he'd just stay as the enemy. whether or not he's evil or good is another thing

Well Isa is a part of Xehanort's 13 darkness, so I'm 99% sure he's going to stay evil. That's a-okay with me, because I never really liked his Somebody tbh.

Can we please just have someone be evil and stay evil and whatnot? It just seems way too predictable and KH-y for him to suddenly "come to his senses" or whatever. He's obviously changed and acting for his own ambitions or at least willingly for someone else. I hope it stays that way.

Exactly if they can't save Isa at the very least then it would make zero sense for any of the others Terra included.

Considering how heartless(har har har) Isa has become, I seriously doubt he'll end up betraying Xehanort. It'll be so sad when Lea fights him.

He's going to be a bad guy. All his connections to Lea are gone by the end of KH2 because Lea's primary friends are Roxas and Xion. So yeah hes gonna be a bad guy all the way

I persnally don't care.. doubtful but its possible maybe Xehanort will kill Lea then Isa will attack Xehanort.. and Sora will fight alongside Isa to defeat him.. Idk... I cant see him being good though..

I doubt that Isa will join the light, he's just too fargone, but I REALLY hope that he does. I just can't take seeing two best friends fight against each other. Hopefully, Isa will see the light and help Lea in KH3, AND MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, we'll find out what happened between them if they DO end up fighting or making up.

They were also trying to find out what Xemnas was hiding . If Isa/Saix was willingly norted he wouldn't have been rebelling and would've known what Xemnas was up to . Just sayin'

It is possible that Saix was only saying that he didn't know Xemnas' agenda, so that Axel would do all the dirty work for Xemnas. Maybe during the start of Days he wasn't aware of Xemnas' plan but by the end he was Norted enough that Xemnas trusted him fully.

 

This scene from the HD 1.5 ReMIX of 358/2 Days is interesting as it shows Xemnas, Xigbar, and Saix talking about "vessels" which could mean that they were all aware of the true purpose of Organisation 13 at this point.

Nomura: It’s a gradual process. When Kingdom Hearts was in production, I was considering ideas for Kingdom Hearts II and Chain of Memories. And when those two were in production, I was thinking of ideas for the next three, 358/2 Days, Coded, and Birth by Sleep.

Nomura: KH3D was put together relatively quickly, I was still concepting the story when I brought it to the table.

I think we can all agree that the series is inconsistent. Hopefully Nomura elaborates on how Saix was Norted. Did Xemnas put a piece of his heart into every member of Organisation 13? Or did only the most eager get Norted or the weakest willed? We can't be sure, but from all evidence it seems like during Days (post-3D retcons) that Saix was informed about most of Xemnas' plans, at least during the second half of Days. It's impossible to know if Saix actually planned on rebelling. In the only interview (July 2009) I could find about this topic (probably a bad translation, KH13's archive seems down atm) "Nomura" states:

 

 It is a fact that Saix and Axel probably wanted to take over the Organization, however they didn’t understand what they were going to do or how to do it. As for Xemnas, he knew about this betrayal, but never brought it up. Generally, one’s conduct was for the sake of their purpose.

He was an utter robot in DDD and we know MX can literally control his vessels . In Days it is states several times they were searching for what Xemnas was hiding so saying he was fully informed later just wasn't true . Saying that the plan was only a probably is grasping for straws considering it was also mentioned in game and in reports .He also said it was 'fact" in the same sentence .

 

Day 28: Dealing with the Traitors Day 356: Unforeseen Events Author: Axel I've uncovered most of what I need to know about the Replica Program, but where's the other one? I can't find any trace of it. ... Vexen was caught in the middle. Pitiable, but unavoidable. I could not risk his Program falling into their hands. Of greater concern are the traitors. Not the obvious turncoats, but the ones who will get in his and my way. The Keyblade master is not our enemy.

Yeah, that evidence is pre-KH3D. Post KH-3D (the newest canon), the cinematic scenes suggest that Saix knew about Xemnas' plans. I'm basing my assumptions off the newest version of KH 358/2 Days, not the older one. Axel definitely was planning to rebel but the way that Saix acted during the entire HD cutscenes seemed like, to me, that he was under the influence of Xehanort. As shown by Xigbar in KH3D, Norted people still have some individuality and personality, so we can't be certain if Saix was under the complete control of Xehanort or not. More likely the personalities of Xehanort and the vessel blend, as shown by Xemnas having some traits of Terra.
