This is a checklist of the personality tratis of scociopaths and Xehanort has almost all of them. Along with Adachi from Persona 4 they prove that a villain doesn't have to have a tragic back story or powerful motivation to be a good villain if done right.

Destroy? Dont you mean alter? Darkness always begets light, so in the end he would simply repeat the cycle of the keyblade war. Yes, many wielders died but the end result created many worlds that existed in peace for many years. The keyblade warriors acted as polic.

Yeah, but I'm talking about good villains. A villain who's evil for the sake of being evil isn't as good as one who has a serious motivation or is just sick in the head. That's assuming they're human, or at least humanoid if they're a monster or demon then being evil for evils sake is fine.

I don't know what's stranger: him being a psycopath, or no one being able to tell until it was too late. Evil eyebrows? Check. Serial Killer smile? Check. Diabolical villain beard? Check!

I only have 9/15! Woo! not a sociopath!

I think either Nomura or Yasue said it. Not that they had to, it's obvious by looking at the list. He has almost all the typical traits.
