WIll You Be Getting The "New" 3DS At Launch?

Posted

So since Nintendo has announced the "New" 3DS do you plan on buying it the day it gets released or are you going to wait a while until you get enough money to buy one? For me I won't be buying it at launch because obtaining the PS4 is a much bigger priority for me right now. I'll save up for the "New" 3DS if there are more good exclusives on it besides the 3DS port of Xenoblade Chronicles.

God no. Saving up for a PS4 and Type-0 HD but Game Freak and Square Enix say you must play these amazing games first.

If I can get the money, yes. Xenoblade and the C-Stick sold it for me (The C-stick might seem trivial for most, but I can't even play a lot of games well because left handed controls for touch games are horrible. This opens up a lot more options for me). I won't be getting any other consoles any time soon anyway, so it doesn't hurt to go for the upgrade.

Sure why not? I wanna try out Xenoblade.

I will not. I barely want the one I have now. If it weren't for KH3D I wouldn't even own one. I'm super excited for Persona Q and some day I really want to play the Bravely games. But Nintendo's marketing strategy when it comes to handhelds and consoles really has me irritated.

not at launch (maybe) depends on my wallet.

i mean like, theres no real rush. new consoles will always be a bit buggy, new info always comes after it releases. blah blah blah blah blah

i will be getting it definitely. just not at launch (my bank account is already bleeding money thanks to college)

Naw. I prefer the DS games to 3DS.

At launch? Nah. At some point in my life? Who knows, maybe.

Not when I have this ^_^

Once I get enough money, I definitely will. Been wanting a good new revision to replace my crusty OG 3DS with for awhile now.

Yes, I will. My "old" 3DS is falling to pieces xDBut is there already a launch date?

Only in Japan.

Only in Japan.

Dang... Some people said it'll come to America on 2015, I know it's not official but it seems like the biggest approximate to the American release...

Why when the 3DS I have right now is good enough?

haha I know right I love it!

Yes, but probably not at launch.

If I couls, I would. I've had mine since week of if not the week after launch, and I've used it more than I've used any of my other systems, save the other Game Boy/DS variants, and I can say the investment has payed off, so the newer version likely will do the same.

It's a definite eventually, but at launch it's more fo a maybe

I never get consoles the day it comes out.

Nah, gotta buy a PS4 or an Xbox One and/or a new GPU next year.

i dunno really. but ifs a good chance that if a game comes out that i want for it then yeah ill get it then.

Little hint. Just wait for the next pokemon generation then decide.

Also who knows if the next handheld also will play the new 3ds.
