We're currently planning our spoiler policy for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX and we would like to know when you think it should end.

I think two whole months is reasonable. Perhaps even an extra month?

I say at the end of this year, because just about most people here would have had a chance to play through the entire thing story-wise.

 

Personally, I'm going to view those Re:coded cutscenes first to prevent spoilage.

Japanese releases on early October

The rest of the world gets it on early December.

By the end on January, 2015. Giving everyone outside Japan two months to finish it sounds about right.

they need to show us the trophies we get from the game soon since japan gets theirs on October 2nd

But it's still re:coded right? It won't bring anything new to the plot (if I've understood correctly, if it does then it's a whole different matter) so I don't really mind getting spoiled. Of course somebody might think differently.

At the end of 2014, because the game doesn't have that much of spoilers on it since it's an HD collection for three games. 

End of the year. I mean, it's not like we have no clue what's in these games. The only spoilers are the extra content and even then, most of us have seen that plenty of times over the past few years.

Question, is it going to be like 1.5 where we can still talk about the things we have already seen or known in the non HD version? Like can I talk about Pride Lands without having to put the word "spoilers" before my post? Just wanting to make sure so I don't break any rules here.

At least into Late December - Early January, you need to remember that Europe, America, Australia, etc get it two whole months after Japan.

I think the when summer/winter break ends for everyone would be the best time.  I'm sure most people will use that time to play the games but we shouldn't expect everyone to get through everything too quickly.  We still don't know if there will be a secret unlocked only after everything is completed so those should be kept in spoilers.  So January 2015 seems to be the safe bet.  And it's not like it's so hard to just put things in spoiler brackets.

Yeah definitely. And even if I don't watch all the cutscenes (I mean I have seen all that stuff hundreds of times) I'll give the vids a like anyway. I guess I'm some sort of fanboy or something but I just love the quality of his stuff. And the way he plays too.

True, but I think some of those new scenes aren't just remade and contain new events we haven't seen before.
