Hey guys!

I don't remember seeing anything like this here before so I thought I would make this fun thread where we can list reasons that make our favorite Kingdom Hearts characters so awesome. We will be doing one character at a time. I chose 15 reasons but we can change it higher if you guys want. Also I'm sure no one wants this to be a war zone so if you don't like the current character then please wait for the next character before you post. 

 

Characters done: Aqua, Xemnas, Yen Sid

 

Da Rules

• All characters are allowed as long as they are somewhat relevant to the main plot. For example Pete is okay, however Aladdin is not.
• Only one reason per post.
• When a character is done, the next person to post can choose the next character.

 

Okay let's begin! We are going to start with my favorite character: Aqua 

 

#1 She's a selfless character who did everything in her power to help her friends.

#15 He used lightsabers even before Disney bought Star Wars and doesn't even need to bother with sissy handles like those wimpy Sith.

Okay Yen Sid now.

 

#1: He didn't dub a Sora a Keyblade master even though he saved the worlds twice. That, my friends, is logic at its finest.

#2 He's so unconcerned with the goings on in the universe that he'll let a super powerful world-threatening sorceress come back to life literally in the next room and then go on vacation for the entire duration of the game. That's the epitome of not giving a firetruck, and I admire that kind of attitude.

#3 His face was creepy in the original Kingdom Hearts 2.

#5 can progress the storyline of the entire franchise, even though he is always sitting down.

#6 The aura he emits is so badass that the heartless never dared to come near his room.

#7 His hat. That's why it's so big and moon-y: it's full of secrets.

#8: You know the moment he leaves that study of his, things are going to get real.

Did he though? I thought Lea was able to summon his own Keyblade without any outside help, which is what makes it so stupid unique. I mean, Yen Sid looked just as shocked as everyone else that Lea managed to actually summon one.

I think Yen Sid performed that ritual thing (I can't remember the english name lol) with Lea, just as Terra did with Riku. Riku wasn't able to summon a keyblade right before Terra did that ritual thing (again, I can't remember the name : /) however, he gained the ability to weild one. Same thing with Lea.

He gave Lea the ceremony.  It just wasn't shown in the game so that the player could be surprised at the same time as Sora and the gang.  He probably looked surprised because he had his doubts until Lea actually managed to pull it off.

No big deal. Yen Sid has a pretty good list already so let's continue with Xion now.

 

#3 Her original name is No.i which is "Ion" backwards. That's pretty cool.
