Yes please! Along with playing old PS3 games I haven't played in awhile, I can also play new PS4 games

No, because the games I want to play should be remastered and updated for the PS4. But as far as I know backwards compatibility isn't possible due to the hardware architecture.

Sony should pull a PS3 Super Slim and make the PS4 compatible with PS2 games instead, haha

Besides, they'll likely just make all their boring launch titles compatible at first, slowly adding to the list.

Yes, that way I'd be able to play both PS3 and PS4 games on the PS4 and I wouldn't have to buy two different systems in order to play the games I want.

Yeah, so I don't have to worry about buying a PS3 and a PS4 together. If they did that, I could just easily buy a PS4 and buy HD 1.5 and 2.5, and KH3.

I would get a ps4 if that happens.

It would be nice to see, but I'm not particularly fussed without it. It's not necessary for the gaming experience, but could be a nice complement.

That would be wonderful. My PS3 is working fine and selling it to get money towards a backwards compatible PS4 would be great.

There is no need for my PS3 so yes please

Would save me money on buying a PS3 so I'd be all for it. I don't know if the hardware allows for it tho.

Hell i wanna play all of the kh games on kh3 will be da best game ever i tell you could play these 2.5 and 1.5 in kh3 i doubt they will make 3.5 but i want them to add if itll happen dream drop distance hd like that makes it the whole set :D

Of course I'd prefer it! PS3 has so many good games.

The votes on this poll proves there are demands! Now lets see some action Sony!

Eh I don't really care. My PS3 is still plugged in and I'm not moving it any time soon.

What I really want to see is my PS One Classics be compatible on the PS4.

Yeah it sure would be a nice feature to have but if it doesn't happen, I am fine with it. I still have my PS3 with me to play PS3 games.

I think they all should have backwards compatibility as a convenience for the user, but since I don't have any PS3 games, it wouldn't bother me personally if it didn't have it.

Hell yeah, backwards compatibility!!!

I don't see a downside to it at all

Yes, because I need to buy both a PS3 JUST for the remixes and a PS4 for 3. :/
