why is RE:Coded not on this list? Because that's the only one I would vote for. But the cinematic version in KH2 made it somewhat worth while.

if I had to chose one on that list, it'd be KH1, but other than that, Days is the worst (gameplay wise) imo.

Recoded is good. lol

Probably the retconed BbS

Nah man RE:Coded was like the most miserable I've ever been while playing a KH game. It was a rehash of Kingdom Hearts 1 (without Kairi) and didn't even push the story forward minus maybe the last 10-15 minutes of the game.

The varieties of gameplay was fun for some people but I hated it because the only reason I can even beat Kingdom Hearts games in general is because of it's very specific kind of gameplay haha I suck at everything else... especially turn based. So needless to say I got stuck in the Coliseum for a LOOONG time.

Kingdom hearts sucks I mean none of these suck....yea

Of these three, I'd say Birth by Sleep. It's good, but not as fun as the other two. In general, Days is my least favorite (actually chi is but I try to forget about that one).

Let's go into detail. This is all my personal opinion.

KH1 Flaws:

Gummi Ship Missions are boring and an obstacle, they contribute nothing to the gameplay. Once you get the warping ability there's no point in gummi ship missions.

Atlantica's control scheme was terrible.

No real objective, just 'find the next cutscene', so people playing the game for the first time will be dumbfounded on where to go.

Donald and goofy are useless.

Worlds are lifeless.

You can't skip cutscenes if your playing the OG version.

Riku's transition into a villain wasn't as cool as it should've been.

Why do SDG keep reminding us of their names every 5 seconds?

KH2 Flaws:

Too easy unless your playing FM critical mode.

Donald and Goofy are still useless.

The worlds still feel very lifeless.

No post-game content besides Sephiroth, the Final Mix version fixed this in a brilliant way.

SDG are still reminding us of their names every 5 seconds.

Valor, Wisdom and Master Form are useless after you get limit and Final. Unless your low on health.

BBS Flaws:

Worlds are dull and lifeless.

Re-visiting the same areas 3 times over is kind of annoying.

Ventus is too weak, Terra is too slow, Aqua dies in like 2 hits.

Ven's character development is oddly done.

Terra is pretty stupid.

D-Links are useless unless your low on health, they restore your health to full so it's a cheap way to escape death.

Why does Aqua talk to herself?

Why does Ventus moan all the time?

Does Terra never stop to think about what Xehanort is really up to?

Where are the other FF characters though?

That being stated, I'd go KH1, KH2, KH BBS,

KH2 Final Mix adds so much to the game and improves it so many ways. But, I prefer the KH1 worlds to KH2 worlds, I don't like Land of dragons, Port Royal and Agrabah in KH2.

In KH1, I enjoyed every world apart from Atlantica. This is coming from someone who doesn't care for Disney worlds.

Days. no h8

lol wasn't even a hard decision

KH1 has its simple yet enjoyable story and combat

KH2 evolves the story to a climax and wraps things up nice and neat with snazzy, flashy combat to boot

BBS adds more mess to the plot and so so combat mechanics.

not a hard question at all

har

Nah man RE:Coded was like the most miserable I've ever been while playing a KH game.

That was 358/2 Days for me.

That was 358/2 Days for me.

I was pretty miserable playing 358/2 Days as well but I didn't get stuck nearly as many times as I did in RE:Coded... honestly the DS was just a bad console for KH games.

I didn't get stuck either, it was just so AWFUL and the graphics were horrid. It was as painful to look at as it was to play.

Have you seen that one post on tumblr that's like "if you can't handle me at  my worst, you don't deserve me at my best" that has an absolutely terrible picture of Roxas from the original and then has a pic from him from the KH1.5 version? I think that's like the only thing good to come out of those horrible graphics lmao.

I mean, they clearly tried. And they improved a little bit for RE:Coded, but the DS was just pretty weak.
