Luffy vs Crocodile (second and third fight, in the first one Luffy got recked), Madara vs 5 Kages, Natsu vs Jellal and Naruto vs Pain (I could say many more, but it would take me forever) are also quite good. October 11, 201510 yr Sasuke vs Itachi is my favorite. Goku vs Frieza, Akame vs Kurome (Akame Ga Kill), and Black Star vs Mifune (Soul Eater, specifically the manga version of the battle) are close, too.
October 12, 201510 yr Teen Gohan Super Sayian 2 vs Cell, or Future Trunks vs Frieza. IF you don't want a DBZ fight, then.... There is a lot of good fights through out the history of anime and by today standards, but I always go back to those two fights.
