Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain takes my vote. Also, why ports/remasters don't count?

Life is Strange takes my vote. Fallout 4 is fun and Just Cause 3 will give me great joy in pure destruction...but no other game has made me sit there and wonder...what would I do?

For me it is between Bloodborne and Rise of the Tomb Raider. But realistically, it will go to either Fallout 4 or The Witcher 3

Putting down a vote for Xenoblade X a little early. It's the sequel to my favorite game of all time, and it expands upon the first in every way. There's no way it won't be my favorite.

 

If not Xenoblade, I'd go with Splatoon or Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate.

what? it's been one hell of a year for gaming i can't pick.....

I haven't played them yet but mine would most likely be The Legend of Zelda Tri force heroes or Xenoblade Chronicles X.

Tales of the Borderlands should be on this list, or are you not counting it even though only episode one came out in 2014 the majority of the other episodes came out in 2015, just a heads up, I really like that game and is my favorite "your choices matter" type of game (not to take anything away from Life is Strange but yeah)

Anyway, my vote right now goes to Sengoku Basara 4 Sumeragi, and then to One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 (I think those are the only 2015 games I've actually played ), however, Xenoblade will surpass One Piece, and has a good chance of surpassing Basara, but as the game hasn't been released yet (and unfortunately I'm unlikely to play it at all ), I prefer to not count it in.

Witcher 3. I thought it will be Arkham Knight... And then it came out :dry:

Fallout 4 all the way. There is no competition for it in my book this year. It'll be taking home the award tomorrow night even.

I just realised that I haven't played any 2015 game. Blaming school and the pain of the Higher School Certificate for that.
